All seats for the November cohort are taken, faster than I expected.
Thank you to everyone who enrolled, and to everyone who asked after it closed.
The next BA Bridge Cohort runs in February 2027. Waitlist members hear the dates first and get access before public enrolment opens.
Link in the comments. It takes two minutes and costs nothing.

Please, it's "unkempt", not "unkept".
Unless you're talking about someone who didn't keep to their word. Then, maybe, "unkept".
Hit 10,000 followers with me and I'll gift N10,000 DATA to 10 people. 🤞🏾
In 2023 I became active on Twitter with under 100 followers.
I didn't buy followers or chase virality. I just showed up and shared what I know, consistently. From design to my career journey to business analysis.
Three years later, I'm almost at 10,000.
Dedication + Value + Consistency.
That is the whole formula. It works here, and it works for anything you commit to.
I grew up around people who said there were no jobs.
They wanted oil and gas money with no oil and gas experience. They were looking for connections. They never wanted to start small with the low paying job and build their way up.
I thank God I didn't carry that mentality.
The jobs were there. The patience wasn't.
You said it yourself: you're not HR and not the recruiter. You forward people to HR.
So why does forwarding someone require their photo first?
HR doesn't need your face to receive a CV. You invented a step that was never part of the process, then called her unserious for not playing along.
You’re just being silly in the name of “help”
Get off the road with your help.
Nigerians are actually very funny. 😂
I am NOT an HR professional. My company shared a recruitment update, and I reposted it because I know people are looking for jobs.
People have reached out, and I have been forwarding them to HR. That is literally all I am doing.
Now, someone reached out to me, and because their WhatsApp had no display picture, I asked them to send me a picture so I could see who I was communicating with.
Apparently, that is weird. 😂
Abeg, how? I have my picture on my DP.
You can see who you are talking to.
If you do not have one, is asking for a picture now a crime?
I am helping to share an opportunity.
I am not the recruiter, and nobody is forcing you to apply.
If you are uncomfortable, you can simply decline.
But please, let us not make helping people unnecessarily difficult.
She’s actually smarter than you are.
I posted that my company is hiring , and people started reaching out.
One particular person had no display picture. Nothing.
I asked for her name. She gave it to me.
I asked if they reside in Lagos. She said yes.
Then I asked her to send me a picture because I could not see her display picture.
Her response? “Oh, this is weird. Bye.”
😂😂😂
Wait, what?
You are looking for a job, and a recruiter asks you for basic information, and your response is to walk away?
Some of you are not ready for the opportunities you claim to want.
Professionalism starts before you get the job. Your attitude during the recruitment process says a lot about you.
Difficult to enforce because employees have the right to change their salary account anytime they want to.
Salary earners take loans with their salary account, then go back to their company HR and request for their salary account to be changed to another Bank.
They do this so the bank they're owing won't be able to take their loan repayment.
To company HRs, when a staff member requests a change of salary account, ask the employee to provide a letter of non-indebtedness from their existing bank before processing the change.
Some people are deliberately using this method to avoid repaying their loans.
If she starts working in a good company, she will become a manager before 30.
Congratulations!
