This is Leo. He is patiently waiting for this guy to throw the ball. Gonna be here a while. 13/10
Out of the 20 runners who finished in the top 10 at #WS100, 9 lined up at a #UTMB race. 4 of 5 women and 1 of 4 men finished. None in the top ten.
That's a tough double. Kudos for the attempts, but I'm just tired thinking about 2 months of training after States.

This is Watson and Kiko. Kiko has one less leg due to cancer, but Watson just so happens to have enough hugs to make up for it. 14/10 for both (IG: watki)
ALT a beautiful photo of two golden retrievers in front of a snowy mountainscape and lake. the blond dog has wrapped their two front legs around the red dog in a hug. the red dog has recently had his front right leg amputated due to cancer, and his fur is growing back in that area. this doesn’t bother him at all, as we can tell from the gentle smile on his face, his eyes closed.
My Quest for the Crest this summer...@cascadecrest100 on 7/19 & 2 weeks later the @AngelesCrest100.
Definitely the hardest thing I've done to date. Some words for @ultrasignup here: news.ultrasignup.com/quest-f…

Heading to the 128th @bostonmarathon today! 3rd attempt at this storied race. The energy in the city, on the startline, & out on course is unparalleled; it’s like the Tour de France of running. It gives me chills just thinking about Monday 💛💙 #BostonMarathon #BostonMarathon2023 – at South San Francisco, CA

We are still recovering from the excitement that is @blackcanyonultras 100k weekend. Congratulations to all the gritty runners who put themself out there and braved the course. We were stoked to see so many SkyFlasks keeping athletes hydrated along the way.

Surprise, surprise! There was snow in Arizona at the Black Canyon 100k and there wasn’t in Wisconsin at the U.S. National Showshoe Championships.
