Yes, Liwei is a semiconductor permabull. I’ve dug through plenty of data, and I still think today’s market pricing is a joke. If SaaS is yesterday’s business and AI is the future, explain this: five AI suppliers average just 16.8× forward earnings, while five mature software companies command 15.3×. A potentially world-changing technological revolution gets a miserable 10% premium. NVIDIA’s forward P/E is below Workday’s. Broadcom and TSMC trade below ServiceNow. If AI really is going to eat software’s lunch, and its suppliers have stronger earnings power, that tiny premium makes no sense. Of course semiconductors are cyclical. But before getting even more bearish at these levels, work out how far AI companies’ expected earnings will actually fall. Some media outlets keep shouting that “the AI bubble is bursting.” Yet I think the inflated optimism behind those bubble valuations has already been squeezed out. As retail investors, we don’t need to keep scaring ourselves.

For anyone discussing today’s low volume (It was actually average), markets melt up on low volume & bottom on high volume. Enjoy the incoming ‘most hated rally’ ever, followed by a massive releveraging event in Q1 (Because funds have beaten down puppy syndrome and are afraid to add risk so they’ll wait a quarter).

Let me tell you why the Democrats won. Gas is $6.50 in my town. That hits every household. Contractors won't go to Home Depot because they're afraid of ICE. Those are the real issues people voted on. Not data centers. Both parties talked about slowing data center growth while reviewing the backlog. They didn't say stop. They said don't drain the water. Don't raise electricity prices on consumers. That's why data centers are already moving off the grid and away from water cooling. Wall Street wants you to believe this election was about data center growth going to zero. It wasn't. It was about gas prices and kitchen table economics and immigration. If you're selling your tech because of that narrative, you're handing your shares to Wall Street at a discount. Six months from now the same sell-side analysts will tell you how valuable Nvidia, compute, and memory are again. And you'll buy back at higher prices. Don't let Wall Street use an election to shake you out of a structural trend.

Spot pricing for preemptible VMs no longer has a price ceiling. Starting today, the price can exceed the on-demand rate. Track live prices on the website or via the open API: nebius.com/spot-prices

-This ties back to what Elon said in another post, any missing piece, even insignificant can de-rail the build out -He expects some kind of bottleneck(s) to prevent completion of buildouts where the builder failed to secure something (anything) -a lot of mostly completed datacenters, but the somethng missing means they are stranded -like a car missing 1 tire, or a steering wheel, anything missing, even insignificant means the unit is useless The more common this becomes, the higher the cost of compute will be
Replying to @Yuchenj_UW
I think we’re going to see a lot of stranded compute in partially complete data centers

It’s amazing how many FinX influencers here are now who sell their X subscribtion with TA charts and AI slop analysis. They ignore all fundamentals and when their predictions hits wrong, they will never mention it again and if hits right it’s ”I warned u so last week.”
$NBIS When I see people on the TL saying that the selloff is irrational and don’t make sense at all. How doesn’t it make sense? It makes total sense to see $NBIS correcting after losing the rising trendline. And first PT at $165 already hit as I stated 2 days ago.

$SNDK launch of HBF memory This weekend, FMS 2026 (Future of Memory and Storage) unofficially started in Santa Clara, California, where SanDisk and $SKHY held presentations for industry experts, engineers, and analysts. There they presented their new HBF memory. What is HBF? HBF is the solution before the memory wall within AI data centers. HBM (DRAM): Extremely fast, but has very low storage capacity and is gigantically expensive. Thoughts? eSSD (NAND): Gigantic storage capacity at a low price, but too slow to be fed directly to GPUs during ongoing AI computations. HBF (New category): Combines the capacity from NAND with the parallelism from HBM. It allows AI servers to keep enormous language models, KV-cache, and RAG databases active in memory at a fraction of the power consumption and cost of DRAM. What it does: 50–70 % lower TCO (Total Cost of Ownership): Which includes reduced production cost per generated token by up to 50 % to 75 % compared to a pure HBM/DRAM infrastructure. 60–70 % lower power consumption with significantly lower cooling requirements. Conversation context becomes longer: Unlimited KV-cache: Enables enormous context windows which includes remembering entire books, codebases, and long conversation histories without performance degradation or memory crashes. 10–20x higher concurrency: A single server can serve significantly more parallel users and AI agents simultaneously. New higher price target: This has been developed in collaboration with SK Hynix but SanDisk will be 6 months ahead with this technology. HBF will probably be presented at their next Q report which will adjust future free cash flows and give a significantly higher price target. I believe we will see an explosive rise of SNDK when HBF is presented.

$NBIS: WILD statement From Bloom Energy ($BE) CEO. "The 1GW Data center... will deliver between $12B to $24B in revenue per year" 🔥🔥 Now think about $NBIS and their goal of 5 active GW by 2030. That would put 2030 revenue in a range of $60B - $120B PER YEAR in revenue. Even saying 20-25% net margin.... NUTS!
