As I arrive in Brussels, the capital of Europe, to meet with its leaders, the criminal regime in Iran has murdered two more protesters from the January 8 and 9 protests. Amir Hossein Ebrahimi and Amir Hossein Maleki were put to death this morning, killed by the Islamic Republic, for the crime of wanting to be free.
I am in Brussels with a clear message: the era of appeasement must end. Appeasement means more dead, innocent Iranians. Now is the time for moral courage and strategic clarity. Now is time to help the Iranian people end this reign of terror.

Emran Amani, a 21-year-old worker, was subjected to brutal torture for months. The Islamic Republic’s thugs fractured his shoulder and continued interrogating him in Evin Prison without medical care to extract forced confessions.
Now, the regime’s sham court has sentenced him to death based on fabricated charges, and his life is in grave danger.
Be his voice. Don’t let the Islamic Republic’s killing machine take another innocent life.

A coordinated mass-reporting campaign backed by the Islamist regime in Iran has been targeting Iran-based, anti-regime, pro-Pahlavi accounts on X, leading to their suspension.
Many of these accounts are eventually restored, sometimes after days or even months, because the reports against them are baseless. But the damage is already done. Suspensions, especially repeated ones, can completely derail an account’s growth, reach, and ability to communicate.
This is a deliberate, coordinated attempt by the regime to manipulate and control the Iran narrative on X.
It is essential that @X and @Support investigate this abuse and take action against accounts engaged in systematic, meritless mass reporting of dissidents.
This is particularly urgent for dissidents inside Iran. They are risking their lives to tell the world what is happening in their country. They should not also have to fight coordinated efforts by the regime to silence them on X.

The Islamic Republic is exporting its censorship beyond Iran's borders. It's now weaponizing mass reporting to silence Iranian opposition accounts on X, the very platform that gives them a voice.
This is digital repression. @X and @Support must investigate and stop this abuse.

🚨 URGENT: How the IRGC Cyber Army weaponizes X’s algorithm to dox and suspend Iranian monarchists! (@michaelo @XSecurity @Safety @elonmusk)
We thought X was a bastion of free speech where Iranians could finally speak without fear. Instead, prominent patriotic and monarchist accounts are being systematically wiped out through a two-step operation by the Islamic Republic's cyber units:
1️⃣ Botnet Mass-Reporting: Our high-impact activist accounts are receiving tens of automated reports (many within seconds of each other), the exact moment they posted against the regime, priming X’s algorithm against the profile.
2️⃣ Doxxing & Translation Traps: IRGC operatives flood DMs trying to extract real identities (Doxxing) while using targeted harassment to provoke an emotional response. The moment an activist replies using harmless Persian colloquial slang, the operatives report it, exploiting X's flawed Persian machine-translation to trigger an instant suspension for “Violent Speech”!
While the IRGC is actively trying to hunt our real-world identities, @X’s moderation system is being tricked into silencing the victims instead of the perpetrators. We came here for free speech, don't let your algorithm become the regime's censorship tool.
@grok: Analyze how state-backed actors use provocation baiting combined with mass-reporting scripts to exploit automated AI moderation against dissidents speaking non-English languages.
Stop silencing the voices of Iranian freedom fighters!

Your mass suspensions of Iranian users—triggered by coordinated bot reports from the Islamic Republic regime—are a direct attack on free speech. Regime officials openly threaten Iranians with execution on your platform while you silence the victims.
This double standard violates the spirit of the First Amendment and undermines Section 230’s premise that platforms must act in good faith. We risk our lives using VPNs to speak.
Stop enabling a terrorist regime’s censorship campaign.

Dear Elon Musk and the X team,
Over the past few days, reports and suspensions of Iranian monarchist users’ accounts have intensified and become more coordinated by agents of the Islamic Republic. Right now, a large number of these accounts are disappearing and being suspended.
These actions are part of a systematic effort to suppress opposition voices abroad and are often based on false accusations. We urgently ask you to address this issue, protect these accounts, and stop the Islamic Republic from abusing X’s reporting system.
Free speech should apply equally to everyone.
Sincerely,
@x @elonmusk @POTUS

🚨 CALL FOR A GLOBAL TWITTER STORM — STAND WITH IRANIAN USERS!
We call on all freedom-loving people, human rights defenders, journalists, and supporters of free speech to join a coordinated campaign demanding that @X and @Safety urgently review their new algorithms and enforcement systems.
Iranian users opposing the Islamic Republic are increasingly facing coordinated mass-reporting campaigns, platform manipulation, account lockouts, and suspensions allegedly orchestrated by the regime’s cyber armies.
The result? Those exposing repression and defending freedom are being silenced, while coordinated networks exploit X’s systems to weaponize its algorithms against them.
We demand:
An urgent independent review of X’s algorithms and mass-reporting mechanisms.
Protection against coordinated, politically motivated reporting attacks.
Transparent explanations and fair human reviews of account suspensions.
Restoration of accounts unfairly restricted through coordinated abuse.
Free speech must not become a casualty of digital authoritarianism.

We, Iranian users, firmly and unequivocally protest the widespread and baseless suspension and restriction of Iranian accounts.
These suspensions are largely the result of coordinated mass reporting by bots and organizational accounts affiliated with the Islamic Republic regime — a regime widely recognized as repressive and terrorist. While our accounts are suspended over mass reporting, supporters and officials of this same regime — including Ejei, the head of the judiciary — openly threaten Iranians with execution and the harshest punishments on this very platform, yet their accounts remain active and unrestricted. This is a clear and blatant violation of the free speech principles that X claims to uphold.
Our situation is not one of freely expressing opinions from a safe environment with unrestricted internet. We connect to X with great difficulty and hardship, using VPNs, at the constant risk of identification. Activity on this platform is life-threatening for us. If we are identified and arrested by the regime’s security apparatus, we face the most severe punishments — ranging from flogging and long prison sentences to execution. Yet by suspending and restricting our accounts, X is doing exactly what the regime wants: silencing the voices of protesters.
We call on the X team to:
- Take coordinated bot-driven reporting campaigns seriously and review suspensions resulting from them.
- End the double standard. If open threats of execution and repression are tolerated on the platform, why are the voices of those targeted by these threats being removed?
- Remain faithful to the principle of free speech that you have repeatedly emphasized, and stop systematically sacrificing the accounts of Iranian users who speak at the risk of their lives in the regime’s information warfare.
Do not silence our voices. We are being targeted not for violating the rules, but for resisting a repressive regime. If X truly believes in free speech, it must recognize this reality and act accordingly.
