Mark Nawaqanitawase's management has been assured he will receive "fullback money" if he returns to the NRL. The Roosters have had positive talks with Nawaqanitawase's management about his return to league after his rugby stint in Japan. 📝 @Danny_Weidler

A special message from Malcolm Reilly, our coach in 1997, wishing the Newcastle Knights all the very best for today’s Grand Final. From one generation to the next, the passion, pride and spirit of the Knights live on. ❤️💙🏆 #NewcastleKnights

1077 tackles this season, one unfortunate one that leads to an injury (accident) and he’s crucified ……

This is just this season. Fred Warner has 981 tackles in his career. The NRL is insane.

To all the geniuses out there who are crying that “we must stamp the hip drop out of the game” I’d like to know how you plan on doing this? Players playing at 1000 miles an hr high impact sport, no room for error, mistakes or accidents Genuine question how do you eradicate it?

Behind 6-14 at half-time. Down to 12 men against 13 Penrith Panthers for the entire second half. Win the second half 16-0. Qualify for your club’s first Grand Final appearance in 25 long years. That’s a big day out in anyone’s book.
