Delighted to share that @YaleLJournal has published my piece, “The Power to Impose Method.” The piece explores whether the Supreme Court can require courts to use, for example, textualism or originalism in all statutory or constitutional cases. (Link below.)

Looking forward to seeing friends at NLC in a couple weeks. Come find me after this panel about natural law if you're there!
What is the relationship between natural law and constitutional law?
Prof. Stephanie Barclay (@shbarclay @GUConstitution) offers a sneak peek at her upcoming NLC panel exploring the meaning and enduring significance of the Declaration’s phrase “The Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God.”
Tune in Friday, November 13, at 1:45 PM ET.

😭 @dank has ALWAYS had President Biden’s back. Never wavered. Never backed down. And now the 46th President has HIS!
THAT is what loyalty looks like!
Dan is going to make one hell of a Congressman for the people of Massachusetts. Get to know his name NOW, because this guy has a bright future in American politics!
And I couldn't be happier for him! 🇺🇸🔥

Jill and I are mourning the loss of our friend Dolores Huerta, a giant of the American labor and civil rights movements.
For more than seventy years, Dolores fought for working people. She organized in the fields, she walked the picket lines, and she sat across the table from people who never expected to have to negotiate with her.
I say often the middle class built this country, and unions built the middle class. Dolores understood that in her bones. Well into her nineties she was still traveling, marching and organizing for working families, for women, for immigrants, for LGBTQ Americans.
Even this year, she showed a different kind of courage, telling a painful truth she had carried for sixty years so others would not have to carry theirs alone.
America is fairer and more decent because of Dolores Huerta. Jill and I send our love to her entire family, and to everyone who found their voice because of her.
May God bless Dolores Huerta. Sí, se puede.

The NYT is so desperate to find an October surprise they bury the lede:
1) The staffer retracted her statement.
2) The staffer was a fired disgruntled employee.
3) They stuff this line in the article:
"Ballot-stacking tactics are common in politics and generally considered legal — and have been employed by both parties in Alaska."
SCOOP: Democrats have insisted they have nothing to do with the other Dan Sullivan on Alaska's Senate ballot.
But aides with the Mary Peltola campaign and DSCC were part of a monthslong secret plan to recruit him to run -- as well as other candidates.

Joe Biden worked out at least FIVE DAYS A WEEK while he was President.
The man has spinal arthritis, neuropathy in both feet, and is now battling Stage 4 prostate cancer that has spread to his bones.
And what did the media spend YEARS obsessing over?
THE WAY HE WALKED.
Not his accomplishments. Not his work ethic. Not the actual medical explanations for his stiff gait.
Nope. They turned a man walking slower as he got older into a full-blown national scandal.
Absolutely disgraceful.
And boy, that obsessive coverage really worked out well, didn't it?
I'll say it without hesitation: I'd take Joe Biden back in the Oval Office ANY DAY OF THE WEEK AND TWICE ON SUNDAY.

Democrats, if you're smart you will:
1) Get this woman elected.
2) Make her a Presidential contender within a decade.
This woman is smart, tough, all while being dignified. Don't let this talent slip through the cracks.
Annie Andrews on Trump's recent comments regarding her: "If calling me names will lower our gas prices and our grocery prices and keep our rural hospitals open, he can call me all the names that he wants. But that's not going to get the job done. And comments about taking my medical license away from the man who doesn't know how to pronounce 'acetaminophen.' I'm not going to take that seriously."

From conservative legal scholar @jacklgoldsmith, who ran the DOJ's Office of Legal Counsel in the George W. Bush Administration:
"I feel a bit silly making technical legal points when this matter..is so obviously a sham. It’s hard to fathom what the Attorney General tells himself as he grossly abuses the power of the Department of Justice at the behest of his Article II master."

BREAKING: A federal grand jury has REFUSED to indict Cassidy Hutchinson over her January 6 testimony!
To understand just how extraordinary this is:
In 2010, federal grand juries declined to indict in just 11 out of approximately 162,000 cases.
That’s roughly 1 rejection in every 14,700 cases, or just 0.0068%.
Federal grand juries almost NEVER refuse to indict.
And yet, a grand jury just rejected the case brought by Trump‘s DOJ against Cassidy Hutchinson.
This is all the evidence you need to show that Trump‘s DOJ is Weaponized.

Cassidy Hutchinson showed tremendous courage when she testified about January 6. Trump has spent years trying to punish her for telling the truth.
I’m thrilled to see a grand jury refuse to go along with his vindictive revenge campaign.

We may not agree on everything, but we share a belief that matters most: South Carolina deserves leaders who will always put its people first.

Wow. An ad for @AnnieAndrewsMD with two former governors - one Republican and one Democrat - endorsing her over Darlene Graham. Impactful.
This race is real. Just follow the money. It is now a rescue mission by the GOP and Thune. The Libertarian and Constitutional Party candidates are stealing GOP votes. @SCDemocrats
