If you understand what you're doing and have the required clarity of thought, don't worry about those that consider your actions to be a viral joke.

अन्नं ब्रह्मा. Food, the life sustaining essence of the universe deserves reverence and gratitude. This isn't just about 3rd world economies where poverty is rampant. Food waste, is water, land & other precious commodities wasted everywhere in the World.

The NGT has seldom disappointed us in passing orders to save our environment. But some are reversed by the SC & most see no implementation on the ground. Hope things will turn out differently this time.
#Bengaluru this is our fight. Let's ensure a livable city for our children.
Bengaluru's Tunnel Road project, ₹18000 Crore benefiting no one. The NGT has accepted a petition against it OA 182/2025 (SZ) & notices sent to all related agencies. Let's hope for the best, hope this huge amount will finally help solve the city's transport problems.

Reversing the effects of unscientific actions isn't easy, but not impossible. share.google/kdW9uShlndcs6Uz…
He's the true "reusable bag" brand ambassador.
But if keeps all the multi-use bags, won't others be forced to go for single-use bags. 🤔
Upcycling....
Something we could do a lot thanks to @amazonIN & @JeffBezos
Have you tried making anything similar with cardboard. Please share.

One of the main problems with using cardboard is that it loses almost all its strength when wet.
Solution? Beautifully explained by Ben of youtube.com/@nighthawkinligh…
First entry for the #MyBeautifulLake Challenge. Thanks a lot. @satishbrain
Come on #Bengaluru . There are surely more genuine nature photographers in 14 million people.
#Bengaluru
This is the power of water and water does not forget.
Unless we respect Nature, we shouldn't expect to be saved from her rage.

Happy Birthday Mr. @gautam_adani .
Wishing you a very happy birthday Mr.@gautam_adani . Hope you and Ms.@AdaniPriti always find reasons to be happy. 😀
Here's a small gift from us, a sapling planted beside Hennagara Lake, Bengaluru. If we all did this, Bharat would be a lot more beautiful.
@vrikshamitra
The oceans are created with just tiny drops of water. Each of us can make a big difference and transform the World. #Bengaluru, the city we are giving for our children to live in without clean lakes will be unliveable.
@BoskyKhanna @XpressBengaluru @thinak_ @cksaysso @garimaprasher
Breaking News. Work on the bridge across Hennagara Lake by #PrestigeBuilders stopped temporarily following a writ petition filed in the Karnataka HC.
#Bengaluru please support us. Let's save our lakes, one at a time.

It is our honour that we have always had @captsanthoshkc guide us, support us and be our inspiration.
This is a battle we need to win, for our city, our state and our nation.
And it can only be done if we work together and fight like this is our last chance.

This tree fell last year due to the strong winds. Its still green and growing. Nature has an amazing resilience.
(Wondering what we can do when the road has to be cleared for traffic movement)

😢Nature is always ready to give and never judgmental.
But we only care about earning money though we're all going to go back empty handed. And our money won't fix the problems we create by destroying Nature.

My kids called him the Baobaba. Not Baobab. Not it. He.
The giant Baobab was never just a tree.
He was our Baobaba—friend, silent elder, wise old grandpa.
The tree had stood tall on the University of Pune campus for God knows how many years. When I lived on the campus for two years, Baobaba was my best friend!
He never judged.
He just stood there… stoic, listening.
Years later, I returned—not as a student, but as a mother of triplets. And Baobaba became a part of my children’s life too.
We picnicked beneath his watchful gaze.
Sticky hands wiped on yellowing leaves.
Sandwiches shared with squirrels.
The hollow inside his giant trunk became a secret hideout. A tiny temple of laughter, naps, giggles, and games.
When it was time to leave Pune for Dubai, I took the kids there for a final goodbye.
My daughter, all of six then, had clutched a red crayon in her little fist.
She drew a smiley face on the Baobaba.
“So he doesn’t feel sad, Mumma.”
I swallowed the lump in my throat. Two years later, a friend called to tell me that a summer storm had claimed him.
The mighty Baobaba had fallen.
That day, I cried. The way one mourns a friend.
When we finally moved back to Pune, it took me months to gather the courage to go to the campus. And when I did—I found him.
Not standing tall, but lying down…
majestic even in his fall. But there was still life in him, leaves still glistened a bright green. Baobaba had managed to live on, even after falling.
Like Bhishma on his bed of arrows.
The children ran to the familiar hollow, now split open into a gentle slope. They squealed with delight, sliding down, playing—still creating memories.
And as I walked around his fallen form in silent parikrama, I saw it.
Faint, barely there…
A smudge of red crayon.
The smiley my daughter had drawn years ago.
Still there.
Still smiling.
