I run for a Merseyside charity who provide free Heartscreening for 16-35 yr old people. It's surprising how many young, fit people have undetected heart conditions! @vsfheartcheck

Today would have been my beautiful son’s 40th birthday. Christopher Stephen Haw was a wonderful young man, loved and liked by so many. Chris left such a void when he passed suddenly aged just 25. We miss you so much Chris 💔 Mum, Dad, Jeni & Jack Xxx – at Tarleton, England
