I’m honestly blown away—100k users in 10 days for Lumina Hunt.
We were aiming for 3 weeks, but here we are, ahead of schedule, thanks to all of you. It hasn’t been perfect. There’ve been bugs, lag, some issues, and stuff that didn’t go out on time.
But what really stands out to me is how patient and understanding the @tatsumeeko community has been.
Some of you even took the time to suggest ideas and improvements that are genuinely amazing. That’s been incredible, and I can’t thank you enough for sticking with us.
We could’ve taken an easier path with the gameplay, but you encouraged us to challenge ourselves and build something that we believe in, even if it meant hitting a few bumps along the way.
Your support makes all the difference—it pushes us to keep improving and making this game the best it can be. We’re learning every day, and I’m beyond grateful for this community. Thank you for being on this journey with us;

Starting to observe the same as well. Largely due to some wanting instant gratification. Understandable in this current bull climate, but some definitely need more help in setting realistic expectations.
Web3 gaming has been feeling pretty toxic lately. I think it’s largely because it’s become so challenging to grow and find opportunities.
If gaming was only up right now, I doubt people would be stirring the pot. We would see a lot more focus on content and building.
Let’s focus our energy on growing web3 gaming. 🤝

If I'm a forge game, here are a few things I'd start working on right now:
• Assign one founder to be the primary POC for the community.

The @tatsumeeko team just pushed an update yesterday with some hotfixes and QOL updates. There's something new and big that's coming up very soon as well. (info out soon)
Lumina Hunt got this far largely because of @Ronin_Network creators and supporters. Almost all criticism has been super constructive.
Big thanks also to the peeps from @Kind_HQ for all genuine feedback and earnest support.
I can really feel their dedication and they are truly a different breed.
I honestly wish for most games to adopt this approach.
For many within my circle, they feel that Web3 is super out of reach, or that they're already late.
But the emphasis is on the tech and it's possibilities.
They're not late.
We are just beginning.
This is what we're hoping for.
Web2 gamers experiencing it for themselves and getting curious to learn more about it.

Been a while since I’ve hosted anything, but am thinking of organizing a small, chill, and intimate networking sesh for builders. The first one will be for GameFi folks or those with tools/APIs that could help web3 games.
Not looking for a big crowd — just individuals who want quality convos over quantity. If you’re looking to just “know as many people as you can”, this might not be for you. Attendees will be curated to ensure high relevance, so please don’t be offended if you don’t get in — this is just the first session, and we plan to rotate attendees for future ones if possible so that it's not always "the same few people".
