-- Private right of action delay now 2 years, not 4 (Cantwell critique)
-- CPPA now has express right to enforce (Cal. critique)

While I’m sure there is some real sentiment here, some of these people/families may be vulnerable & be coerced through the consulate or embassy to participate. The orders go out from Moscow. The embassies & consulates must organize their people ASAP. This is a classic tactic.

Apparently Delta+ is the next hot thing in variants. Rumor on the street is that the next round comes with extra legroom and unlimited snacks.
It’s not clear even what the AG expects, let alone how to mesh this with what the law requires.
So the #CA #AG @AGRobBonta says in FAQs that #GPC (@globalprivctrl) must be honored as a #donotsell request under #CCPA. It’s still not in the regs (FWIW) and it is not even a recognized standard. But there you go.
