Yes indeed…. Probably selling a bit late but alas…. The idea of being a landlord in Seattle is not appealing!

Hah, you got me to tweet! :-P I’m fixing to sell my house, so I was digging into the data. Seattle is falling faster from where it peaked, but maybe because it had a crazy-high peak? 🤞 (Hi from Orcas Island! Come say hi sometime!)

If you look at listings per 100 housing units, it… Doesn’t paint such a dramatic story at all. It’s higher than a few metros (NYC, SF), but lower than Austin, Miami, Phoenix, Tampa, Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Houston, LA.

Apparently!? Hotel web sites tend to be pretty hit or miss for direct bookings, but maybe I need to suffer through that variability.

Or The Amazon Echo leaders talking about Siri / Apple Homepod. Cell phones were ubiquitous and daily-use products— and Apple made them great. Not the case (yet) with VR.

That’s… MMF? (Marketing Market Fit) You can make a landing page that looks cool, promises all sorts of compelling features that spark curiosity, seem valuable, paper over costs and complexities for the user, emphasizes the positive emotions around the idea, etc. That’s not PMF.
