A glimpse of rehearsals as our choristers joined their friends from Westminster Abbey for a special Edwardtide Evensong honouring St Edward the Confessor.
Two magnificent choirs. Two traditions. One extraordinary occasion.

Last Saturday the National Mass was held at Westminster Cathedral where we welcomed over 500 servers from across 15 of dioceses of England and Wales, a post-pandemic record.
The archbishop preached on the martyrdom of our patron St Stephen, how the word martyr means ‘witness’ and how all who serve at the altar are visible ‘witnesses’ to faith and the importance of the server in the liturgy.
You can read his full homily, find all the photos and the Order of Service at the link below. Our thanks to all who helped arrange this special day in advance and on the day. Our thanks also to the Choir of Gunnersbury Catholic School and the Westminster Diocese Comms team for the photos.
If you have any photos let us know by tagging us in your social post or email to [email protected].
