Your coding agent is still running. You don’t need to stay at your desk. IM.codes is a messaging and control layer for builders using terminal-based coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI. It helps you keep work moving away from your laptop by bringing agent sessions, project files, and review workflows into a web/mobile dashboard. Key features: • Remote sessions – access the terminal or structured chat view from your browser • Files, Git, and previews – inspect changes and preview a localhost app from another device without deploying • Shared agent memory – turn completed work into reusable context for future sessions • Supervised execution – supported sessions can continue automatically or hand control back when human input is needed • Cross-provider review – run multi-agent audit, review, or discussion rounds on the same codebase It’s open-source (MIT license). An actively developed personal project: the README recommends self-hosting beyond evaluation and makes no stability guarantees. Link in the reply 👇

Sonnet construye. Haiku explora. Opus revisa. 🔖 Guárdalo, te será útil.

Generative UI for conversational agents. Combining @aisdk with Chat SDK and 𝚓𝚜𝚘𝚗-𝚛𝚎𝚗𝚍𝚎𝚛, you can go straight from LLM to UI on platforms like Slack and Teams. I believe this will become the dominant Human-Agent Interaction (HAI) paradigm: vercel.com/changelog/json-re…

This stack is certified f*cking dangerous and I can't understand why everyone is still paying for software. 12 GitHub repos, one Claude Opus 5.5, and any closed app turns into a spec I can rebuild by the afternoon. The brain: REA, one MCP that connects every tool below to your agent -> github.com/morluto/rea Craft Anything, study -> rebuild -> verify in pure Rust -> github.com/storytold/craft-a… The knife: Ghidra, the NSA decompiler, free -> github.com/NationalSecurityA… GhidraMCP, so the agent runs Ghidra alone -> github.com/LaurieWired/Ghidr… radare2, RE straight from the terminal -> github.com/radareorg/radare2 The phone: jadx, APK back into Java -> github.com/skylot/jadx Frida, hooks an app while it runs -> github.com/frida/frida The wire: mitmproxy, reads every request in the middle -> github.com/mitmproxy/mitmpro… x64dbg, the Windows debugger -> github.com/x64dbg/x64dbg The map: 122 more, every one rated -> github.com/zhuyansen/awesome… The whole workflow in one line: binary -> REA -> SPEC.md -> rebuild -> oracle -> retry. Send the list to Opus 5.5 and read how to reverse-engineer any app in the article below ↓

Code skeletons (types, modules, signatures) beat prose design docs and behavioral specs in AWS’s new Skeleton Coding paper. - Code skeletons raised SDDBench mean test pass rate from 29% to 74% vs a task description alone. - With skeletons plus global invariants, a smaller model came within 5–8 percentage points of the larger model’s best results at 15–26× lower token cost. The best-performing specs combined modules, types, and signatures with natural-language contracts and global invariants. Richer .md architecture docs helped, but remained below the best code-like skeletons. Excessive contract detail hurt performance, especially for smaller models. Skeletons also reduced code erosion (a complexity-based proxy for maintainability) while behavioral specs increased it. Theory: structure changes which tests are sufficient. Interfaces expose intermediate states that end-to-end tests can miss. Limitations: the skeletons came from reference implementations. Costs exclude specification generation and evaluation. Unclear: how cheaply we can produce this structure upfront, and whether making the contracts mechanically checkable would improve results enough to justify the added cost. My bet: the best starting point for a coding agent isn’t more prose. It’s a model of the system and explicit constraints the implementation must satisfy. arxiv.org/abs/2610.38214

Running coding agents is easy. Tracking what went wrong is harder. Pi-Harness is a desktop workspace for builders running Pi Coding Agent, with visual controls for inspecting runs, recovering work, and coordinating multiple agents. It helps you investigate failures and manage agent tasks by bringing tool traces, spending limits, checkpoints, and task dependencies into one workspace—while keeping Pi as the execution engine. Key features: • Run inspection – review tool activity, replay runs, and compare tokens, cost, and duration • Policies and budgets – set tool permissions and per-run spending limits • Checkpoints and recovery – preserve recovery points, then resume, fork, or retry work • Multi-agent coordination – assign dependent tasks, pass results between agents, and add review gates • Isolated worktrees – keep agent changes separate while coordinating work in parallel It’s open-source (AGPL-3.0-only license). no f*cking way.. Claude gets smarter when it sleeps Anthropic just showed it: Claude played Pokémon with 413 memory files and got stuck rewriting its own notes. The newer Claude kept 10 and won 4 badges. The fix is called dreaming: re-read old sessions, fix wrong notes, keep only what matters. Claude Code has the same problem. It only reads the first 200 lines of your MEMORY.md. Everything below is invisible. I turned Anthropic’s dreaming into one prompt. Run it at the end of the day: 1 → paste the prompt below into Claude Code inside your project 2 → it reads your last sessions and your memory files 3 → it fixes wrong notes, merges duplicates, moves what you repeat into memory 4 → it shows every change as a diff, you say yes the result: a MEMORY.md under 200 lines that Claude actually sees, and it stops asking the same questions every session save this, then read how to give your agents real structure in the article below ↓

I can’t f*cking believe Anthropic put the whole pro setup on GitHub for free and people are still paying for courses the free stack: -> skills (by anthropics) github.com/anthropics/skills the official skills repo, clean examples of how a real skill is built -> claude plugins official (by anthropics) github.com/anthropics/claude… the plugin directory behind /plugin install, one command to add a plugin -> financial services (by anthropics) github.com/anthropics/financ… ready agents for pitch decks, DCF models, month-end close and KYC checks -> claude quickstarts (by anthropics) github.com/anthropics/claude… working projects: computer use, browser tools, support agent, autonomous coder -> prompt eng interactive tutorial (by anthropics) github.com/anthropics/prompt… 9 chapters with exercises and an answer key, learn prompting by doing pick one, add it to your repo tonight bookmark it before it gets buried

I tried LearnHarness, an open-source AI learning tool, because I was curious to see how a harness would be implemented in education. LearnHarness: github.com/amosblomqvist/lea… TLDR: I liked its live learning graph, but at times I felt tested rather than taught. Before testing it, I used Teachable Code (github.com/ywEdAi/teachable-…) to explore the GitHub repo, then read its teaching methodology. I was curious how ideas about learning became concrete workflows, tools, and state. The learning task I gave was to learn/build backprop from scratch. LearnHarness starts with probing questions, then generates a learning route on the fly using Mermaid. The route combines the learning content, my goal, and its assessment of my starting point. As I work through questions, the corresponding nodes are highlighted. I could see which part of the plan we were working on and why rates of change came before backpropagation. Where I struggled was the teaching itself. I kept answering questions and receiving corrections, including on things I didn’t yet understand. At that point, I wanted explanations, illustrations, and worked examples to help me build the understanding I was being asked to demonstrate. I’d like to reuse that working graph in an AI tutor whiteboard. When I get stuck at a node, we could work through an example together, keeping the calculations visible and tracing what changes when we change an input. I’m building one.

My talk on self-improving agents is live on @aiDotEngineer! I show how you can build a skill + a self improvement loop to have agents review their own work and improve their setup overtime. Very relevant in a software factory context too youtu.be/pz74r-4dGfQ?is=_bTT…
