No one can fully stop your income with black magic against Allah’s will.
In Islam, black magic (sihr) is real. It can cause harm illness, problems in life, or difficulties in work/income, but only with Allah’s permission. Nothing happens outside Allah’s control.
Allah is the Provider (Ar-Razzaq). He alone decides how much rizq (sustenance/income) a person gets. No magician or jinn has independent power over your provision.
What you should do:
• Strengthen your faith in Allah alone.
• Recite Surah Al-Falaq, An-Nas, and Ayat al-Kursi regularly.
• Make dua and trust Allah completely.
• If you suspect magic, use authentic ruqyah (Qur’an and authentic duas) do not go to magicians.
Magic can create problems, but it cannot override Allah’s decree over your income.

Yes, it is allowed.
You may recite the Quran from your memory while lying in bed, even if you do not have wudu. This is fine as long as you are not in a state of major impurity (janabah).
The place (bed) does not stop you. Just do not touch the actual Quran book without wudu.
It is better to make wudu when you can, but it is not a must for reciting from memory.
