Ballots don’t have unique barcodes, because that would let someone connect a ballot with a voter and figure out how they voted.
The containers under tables at Fulton County's State Farm Arena were standard ballot bins holding legitimate absentee ballots already opened and prepared earlier that night while observers were present. Workers packed them away thinking the night was over, then pulled them back out after instructions to keep counting. Full unedited video plus probes by the Georgia SOS, GBI, and FBI found no fraud, no secret ballots, and no outcome-altering activity.

Do you really think people buy that?
So far, the DOJ only has enough evidence to prosecute about 30 non-citizen voters in California.
If their list of 20,000 was accurate, they’d be rolling up 50 to 100 arrests per day, or more.

You can be detained and miss out on work with simply being charged. The Feds have evidence they lied.
If the courts will not set the votes aside, the federal govt should charge them. Ruin 20k lives because CA refuses to have an integrity in elections.
Anyone mistakenly caught up in this has CA to thank.
Of course its far harder to cheat if you have to bring an ID, which CA does not require.

Context:
Jan. 6, 2001: Gore confirms his defeat, gavels in Bush as new president at joint session of Congress.
Jan. 6, 2020: Insurrection spurred by Trump’s refusal to concede. Fake electors. Phone call to Georgia. Ignoring his own people, including AG, who told him he lost.
California DOES allow challenges to mail ballots.
Under Elections Code 15104–15106, credentialed observers (party committee members, grand jurors, interested organizations) may challenge a VBM voter on the same grounds as at a polling place, before the envelope is opened.

Yet in California, there is no way to challenge votes by mail - look for major Illegal fraud voting by mail sent not to addresses that can be tracked, but to Post Offices to be held for them.

Can we please stick to the facts?
More than half the delegates to the Constitutional Convention had legal training.
"Lawyers writing laws" is pretty much how our Constitution got written.

Side note: Judges Bennett and Sanchez each wrote separately, saying the DOJ would lose on the merits anyway.
The 60 cases of election fraud from 2020 did not "collectively" prove the outcome was stolen.
Trump could not even prove one state was "stolen".
"I'm angry that my neighbors are voting for someone else."
Freedom means the freedom to vote for whom we wish.
Insinuations of fraud are not proof of fraud.
Remember 2020, when the losing candidate claimed the election was "stolen" without any actual evidence?
If you don't like the process for registering to vote in your state, lobby your state representative to have it changed. That's how democracy works.
No election official ever has to apologize for explaining what the law actually is.

Terrorism means using violence or the threat of violence to achieve a political objective.
J6 does fit that definition.

We went through this with J6. Voters have the right to pick their own elected officials without the president trying to override the outcome.
That’s what freedom means.
We know Enrique Tarrio conspired to delay or stop the 2020 election transition because, after reviewing the evidence, a jury convicted him of seditious conspiracy in May 2023.

I don’t recall him admitting this? But for the sake of argument so what if he did? Do we not have a duty to stop tyranny? Because regardless of how you feel about it, that’s what happened.
The reality is Nancy forbid the public being there and the people told tyranny to go fuck itself.
Where you seem to miss is this and so much more should be happening all the time. Tyranny is running rampant all over our great country and it’s our duty to resist and stop it.

The most effective strategy to prevent voter fraud is transparency. That's why voter rolls are public, so anyone, including losing candidates, can audit them.
In some states, the rolls are free and on-line for download right now. Here's Ohio:

We don't do memes like this often, but given current events between the DOJ and CA, this one feels warranted. @USAttyEssayli . .
