95% of things on this are irrelevant.
A baby needs 4 things.
1. warmth
2. Feeding, shower and number 2
3. Sleeping
4. Hospital
The rest is luxury by parents.
1. Warmth: Babies don't care if it's Gucci or a cheap one from DT.
2. Feeding: If the mother has milk, this is free. If she doesn't, babies won't care the brand of formula unless they're allergic. In villages they even go straight to cow's milk.
3. Sleeping: Babies don't care even if they're sleeping on the side with mom and dad.
4. Hospital: I'm a doctor and can tell you that it doesn't matter which hospital as long as you see a good doctor and from experience, a good doctor can be found in an expensive one and a cheap one. Even another option is going to government but buy drugs for yourself.
Raising a child is soooo cheap, it's parents with expensive desires. If it wasn't cheap, then it would've been like a Benz. You can't find a poor man owning one but at least, everyone will own a child and raise them within their means.
Get a child, raise them within your means. Don't use them to quench your childhood traumas of going to school with Mr. Picfare math set when rich kids had Oxford sets. Now you feel like your child has to be the one with Oxford... If you can afford it, fine but it doesn't matter.

Cough suppressants are used when a cough is dry, irritating, and disrupting sleep, not routinely for every cough. Coughing is a protective reflex that helps clear mucus and secretions, so suppressing a productive cough may hinder clearance in some patients. However, suppressing a troublesome dry cough can provide symptom relief without necessarily helping germs survive. The key is to treat the type and cause of cough, not simply stop every cough.

These are the faces of kadiolojist Dr Kelvin Maina Mugambi who never completed his studies as a lab technician student. His father further states he learnt of this crime when he was supposed to attend his son’s graduation only to realise the thug never completed even 1st year despite syphoning parallel school fees from him. The great kadiolojist would later come to X where he conned @Ja_Konyango about Kes 6,000 then vamoosed, when he was cornered, he took time & ditched his previous X account @Kmaina98 and rebranded to @BecomingKm where he claimed he lives in UK 🇬🇧 as a Kadioloji fellow, I almost invited him for summer BBQ bec I believed he was in UK 🇬🇧despite his current account reading “account based” in Kenya where I concluded its a VPN, shock on me, the good kadiolojist has never set foot on an aeroplane leave alone a holding something called a visa despite claiming he has lived in the UK 🇬🇧 for 3 years so far and that he practiced medicine in both UK 🇬🇧 and Kenya where his name is nowhere to be seen in the register of qualified doctors. Indeed awa Mau Mau fighters did not smear us fish oil on awa backs when they said the days of a thief are 40 and that suffering is a grandchild💔🥲.

A diabetic patient presented to Karen Hospital this morning with nothing more than unexplained sudden fatigue and mild dyspnea. ECG showed hyperacute T-waves progressing to a massive STEMI.
Never underestimate atypical presentations❤️.

So what? Are your legs not working? Please explain a justifiable or logical reason as to why a man in 2026 should stand up for a woman unless she’s pregnant.
Women can’t fight for equality and independence, then expect to keep the bits they like from the old ways.
