The adjective for metal is metallic, but not for iron, which is ironic. Thank you.

Y’all will now understand why Arsenal got to the Carabao Cup Final, FA Cup Final, Champions League Final and won the league with Kai Havertz missing 90% of the season. We’re not winning anything with that player in the starting line up. I’ve seen the script way too many times.

Beautiful mother of 4 btw. People's idea of beauty as an accomplished man is ridiculous. I like that british men are very grounded and cultural with their choice of women. Nothing superficial.

The first thing poverty attack in your life is not your pocket nor belly. It's your conscience and mindset. Now, she sees nothing wrong in the infidelity of her friend because after both has suffered wickedly in the hands of poverty - infidelity and promiscuity later bought her friend a house, a car, and USA visa. Hallelujah. However, this would never be the case if it was her husband or brother. She would have dragged her friend or any other woman to the ends of hell. When your conscience is dead, you'll never see any wrong in evil, wickedness, unfairness, and stupidity.
It doesn’t always work like that oh☹️☹️ When I was working in the bank, one of my colleagues was dating a big man who happened to be one of our major customers. At the time, she still had her boyfriend so we all advised her to just chop the man’s money while maintaining her relationship. 😭 Six months into the relationship, she came to work one day and told us the man wanted to leave his wife and marry her we screamed.. We told her not to make that mistake because we were convinced that if he could leave his wife for her, he could also leave her for someone else. She married him exactly one year into their relationship. Fast-forward to when she had her first pregnancy, the man sponsored her to USA to have their first baby. she sent us chocolate and whenever I’m eating that chocolate, I feel like ntor 🥵😜was attached to it because imagined she listened to our advice? She for still dey do “next customer please with that red bank” She has had her second child with the same man, got a brand-new car as a push present and her mum has travelled to the USA about five times now. Omo, life don pass rich prince falling in love with village girl feem abeg.. Anytime I view her status, I’m always grateful that she followed her mind oh and never listen to us.

Harry Kane going from football’s most famous trophyless player to a Ballon d’Or winner might be the greatest example of why changing employers can improve your life.

I really dislike when people can’t dissociate bad results from bad processes. I don’t know if Carrick is a good coach, but I am sure if you ask half the people here why Carrick is a bad coach, above 70% won’t be able to give good reasons why.
we asked our player who do they think is the worst coach currently. wait for that one barca fan 🤣🤣

If you are still in university, my advice is to waste some time intelligently. I mean it. Take a course that has nothing to do with your degree. Join a student organisation. Try journalism and see if its something you’d like to do. Learn to code and discover you hate it. Volunteer somewhere. Start a small business that fails. Help organise an event. Contest an election if that is your thing. Go and sit in a lecture in another department. Make friends with people studying things you know nothing about. University is one of the few periods in life when you can try many things badly without the consequences being too expensive. Once rent, family, career and other responsibilities arrive, experimentation becomes more costly. So experiment now. But please don’t spend four years only experimenting either. At some point, start paying attention to the clues. What do people repeatedly come to you for? What do you seem to understand faster than others? What kind of work can hold your attention for hours? What have you done that made you think, I could actually become very good at this? Follow those clues and start building some depth. And before you graduate, have something outside your transcript that you can point to. Not 27 certificates from webinars. Something you actually did. Maybe you wrote five really good articles. Built a small app. Ran a business. Analysed a dataset. Led a student organisation well. Produced a podcast. Worked on a research project. Managed a campaign. Built a community. Interned somewhere and left evidence that you were useful. Anything. Just don’t arrive at graduation with a CV whose entire argument is: “I went to university.” And while doing all of this, learn to respect process. Don’t be in too much of a hurry to skip the boring parts. Sometimes you need to write the first bad draft, sit through the long meeting, do the internship, prepare the spreadsheet, organise the logistics, get corrected and do the work again. There is a lot you only learn by actually doing the work. You discover how things work, how people make decisions, where you are weak, what you are unusually good at, and why some things that look easy from the outside are actually difficult. I think we sometimes want the outcome without spending enough time in the process that produces it. But that process is often where the real learning happens. It is in doing the work that we mine gold. Also, meet people. Not the forced “networking” where everyone is trying to collect important people’s phone numbers. Build actual friendships. Your classmates will scatter into different industries, countries and institutions. Ten years from now, the person sitting beside you in an economics class may know something or someone you need, and vice versa. Read too. Please read. You have access to a university library and more intellectual freedom than you may have again for a while. Don’t spend all of it on TikTok and lecture notes. And don’t panic because somebody in 300 level already has a startup, 14 certificates and “Founder & CEO” in their bio. You are allowed not to have your life figured out at 21. The goal is not to graduate with a perfectly designed career. It is to leave university more curious, more capable, with some evidence of what you can do and a slightly better idea of where your abilities might take you. And please enjoy university too. Life will become serious soon enough. #YouWillNotFail
What advice would you give to someone who is still in university?

An average MRI machine cost $250,000 (375,000,000). Dayo Israel shared 7 brand new 2026 Prado SUVs at the cost of 165 million per unit which cost 1.1 billion ($825,000). Dayo Israel is the Chairman, federal medical center in Abeokuta, which is a specialist hospital with ZERO MRI machine. None at all. The 7 SUVs can purchase 3 MRI machines. Please vote out these wasteful losers in 2027!!
