Trumps own EPA admits that eliminating methane regulations only reduce the price of a barrel of oil by 11 cents. That should save you 1/10 of one cent at the pump! Congrats.

Russell Brand’s trial is devastating. Testimony describes him as a rabid animal, demanding sex every few hours from whoever happened to be around, and taking it regardless of consent Brand’s defense is that women knew he was a degenerate maniac, so they should have expected it by being in a room with him (several allege he attacked them in public and tried to drag them into bathroom stalls) This is separate from FIVE disturbing allegations in Channel 4 Dispatches. Brand has zero regard for women as human beings - I can’t even imagine how many victims there truly are Blows my mind that so many people peddle his lunacy portraying him as a truth-telling martyr being smeared by the establishment - and buy his newfound religious hucksterism Makes sense he’s leapt into the movement of sexual offenders and pedophiles, where he belongs (other than prison)

“If you cut taxes for the rich, they’ll create jobs.”🤡
Microsoft just made $133.7 BILLION in net income last year. Today they announced they are getting rid of 60,000 workers. Fuck these companies man.

And how is Doerkson going to explain wasting $580.7 million dollars spent on the Massey Tunnel to date. Can’t put that in the NDP column of money wasted. Then there will be the huge legal fees the Conservatives will waste trying to repeal DRIPA……
Sorry BC. You’ve been “Smithed”.

Excuse me what
NEW: BC Conservatives brought in a priest to exorcise bad spirits before election night at Rocky Mountaineer Station. Same venue where Kerry-Lynne Findlay was crowned leader months ago, right before her disastrous run. Divine intervention clearly worked. #bcpoli #cdnpoli

We are literally, factually taxed less than under Gordon Campbell and this is still your number one issue?
% of #bcpoli voters who say each issue was “very important” when deciding: Taxation – 47% Public transportation projects – 29% DRIPA – 27% Automobile insurance – 26% SOGI in schools – 25% researchco.ca/2026/10/26/bc-…

🇨🇦 TRUMP PUT A 50% TARIFF ON CANADIAN ALUMINUM. NOW CANADA IS SELLING MORE TO EUROPE, AND AMERICANS ARE PAYING MORE. There’s just one problem with trying to make America less dependent on Canadian aluminum. America doesn’t produce nearly enough aluminum to meet its own needs. Canada has long supplied most American imports of primary aluminum. Our hydroelectric-powered smelters produce a metal essential to U.S. automobiles, aircraft, construction and manufacturing. Trump’s tariffs were supposed to strengthen American industry. Instead, American manufacturers are confronting soaring aluminum premiums while rebuilding domestic production remains enormously expensive and time-consuming. Meanwhile, something rather inconvenient is happening for Washington. According to today’s Wall Street Journal, Canadian aluminum shipments to Europe have increased 77% year over year through August. Think about what that means. America is making Canadian aluminum more expensive for American businesses while encouraging Canadian producers to develop relationships with customers elsewhere. And those relationships may outlast the tariffs themselves. There’s nothing wrong with America wanting greater industrial independence. Canada should be pursuing the same objective. But creating domestic production capacity takes years, enormous investment and affordable electricity. Tariffs don’t magically produce any of those things. So if Americans are paying more for aluminum while Canadians are finding new customers, who exactly is becoming less dependent on whom?

This is no different than what was being offered before and is being used as bait and switch to get out of repealing DRIPA All conservatives do is lie about everything. All of the time

Here’s👇three linked posts listing NDP initiatives that made life more affordable for British Columbians. Let’s start watching them disappear one by one because BC Cons only want their donor class to prosper. Tell me which one will go first. #bcpoli
Replying to @KareemHassib
The NDP government: - Increased minimum wage to the highest in Canada - Increased Disability assistance rates - Made contraceptives free - Made diabetes medications more accessible - Eliminated MSP premiums - Made record investments in hospitals and schools 6/

Last year, Alberta had its deadliest respiratory virus season. We also had the lowest vaccination coverage. And the worst health system pressures outside COVID-19. That is your government's public health record. Barriers to vaccination led to the worst flu season. Better rollout, no barriers. The fact that your statement doesn’t mention vaccines or vaccination as part of your tools is worrisome.
Respiratory virus season means busier hospitals, and we want to make sure they’re ready. Saturday, I joined Premier Danielle Smith, Minister Nathan Neudorf and Acute Care Alberta CEO Dr. Sayeh Zielke to share what we’re doing to prepare. Alberta now has a record high of more than 9,000 acute care spaces across the province, and we’re building on that capacity to help hospitals handle the extra demand. Along with preparing additional hospital spaces, our capacity task force is looking for ways to expand even further. We’re also helping patients move into care settings that better meet their needs and bringing physicians into emergency department waiting areas so patients can be assessed and treated sooner. These steps will help ease pressure on our hospitals, give health care teams the support they need and make sure Albertans can get the care they need, when they need it.

"Despite his cerebral style, legal training & stern demeanour, David Eby has always been a political juggler, a solo performer who kept throwing more balls in the air when catching a few would have been more impressive." Via @geoffmeggs, John Horgan's former chief of staff. Agreed: An irritating lack of follow through. #bcpoli geoffmeggs.substack.com/p/la…

Anyone trying to analyze the BC election result as "the first Conservative win in 98 years" can safely be disregarded as not knowing anything about BC politics lol
If Mark Carney is so popular how did Conservatives win in B.C.? They haven’t won in 98 years. And it’s a supermajority at that. And Conservatives also just won 19 seats in the Quebec election. They haven’t won a seat in that legislature in 91 years. Liberal supporters have convinced themselves that the ridings of the 5 CPC floor-crossers are now Liberal strongholds. They have everything to lose during the next election and they are lashing out right now on this platform.
