It’s not a straight shot to the far side of the Moon! 🌕 Over approximately 10 days, the Artemis II astronauts will orbit Earth twice before looping around the far side of the Moon in a figure eight and returning home.

It is a privilege and a responsibility to spend taxpayer dollars on amassing knowledge as a public good. There’s plenty of 9-5 jobs in science outside of academia that are important and contribute immensely. Pursuing those makes more sense than trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.
