Yes, not just college kids as the dems claim. They had no knowledge of this until we contacted them. I also spoke to a LHC resident that was recorded voting in AZ, GA, NC in person on the same day. She did vote in AZ, not the other states.

Hobbs has been an absolute failure. The AZ legislature provided $2 Billion + to the classroom site fund... teachers and kids got nothing.

Phoenix inflation hit 14% in 2022, years before the current tariffs and Iran war.
Arizona's gas prices are also affected by refinery capacity, specialized fuel regulations and dependence on California. AZ is higher that the national average... that is on you!
Hobbs lectures Arizona about affordability on national TV , her own administration's housing restrictions that cost us billions, were struck down for unlawful rulemaking.
A judge refused to reinstate them during appeal this week.
Blaming Biggs for everything from gasoline to groceries is an absurd oversimplification.
Governor, stop pointing fingers long enough to answer for your own record.

What it does show is that labor unions, NGOs and Democrat funded organizations are coordinating to register anyone regardless of citizenship or residence qualification.
They all didn't make this up, they were given direct guidance. Every year several of these unqualified slip thru to the voter rolls.
Every one that does disenfranchised an lawful citizen, making their vote null.
I ran several bills to stop these scams... all killed by Hobbs.
The question is, who provided the coordinating instructions, Democrat Party, leftist NGOs or elected officials.
Your concern was what I addressed. "It could happen to anyone" this is the standard. It should happen to any un qualified registrants.
Sasha, Arizona law is clear. County Recorders have a legal duty to maintain accurate voter rolls and verify eligibility.
A.R.S. § 16-165 mandates voter-roll maintenance, while 16-121.01 establishes citizenship-verification requirements and Class 6 felony penalties for certain knowing violations.
A presumption of lawful registration does NOT eliminate the Recorder's statutory duty to remove unqualified registrants.
I wrote several bills on this all killed by Hobbs. All of this could be avoided with a "investigative status field on AVID". Allows the voter to remain while investigation takes place.
The Recorfer is obligated to enforce the law while protecting eligible voters' rights. So if Mayes has proof of citizenship, she could have sent the proof.

Do you really think a sitting Recorder would remove registrants without having evidence.. if the evidence is incorrect... as he said they will be restored. Show the evidence is the easy fix... hard for the left.
Another issue the MVD send the registration to SOS 1st. That is a fail.. it should go to the Recorder, for adjudication before going to SOS.
So the Trump administration and ICE are following the law. After all the leftist rhetoric and threats against ICE.... turns out Sec 8 of the USC is correct.
