Fantastic news that the Wildlife Trusts have pulled this off. Biggest single change in land ownership in England for a generation, & its for Nature recovery, & to harness that to promote the local economy & increase resilience in that part of England.
The government is funding one of England's biggest land purchases for nature. £1.94 million to secure the future of The Rothbury Estate in Northumberland. @WildlifeTrusts will manage the estate for nature recovery. Learn more: wildlifetrusts.org/news/uk-g…

What could possibly go wrong with having a nuclear power station so close to the sea in an area renowned for water shortages & coastal erosion. I suppose we should ask the people of Fukushima.

Beware folks, X has now added a tool to detect software even though it is only basic processing software, saying the photos are AI generated, what the hell are they trying to do to honest photographers.
Replying to @Lesliecater1
just asked Grok on X to clarify the A I label under the photos, it has now decided that any software used to process photos has A I tools in it, so even just downloading and using De-Noise software is classified as A I, what next will X decided to ruin real photo work

This must be the best 3rd brood (extra autumn brood) of the once-common Wall Brown I've known since 1975, when it lasted into early Nov in a sublime autumn (then 1976 produced the biggest spring brood I've known). Many flying on the Marlborough Downs, Wilts.
