Neocloud FUD needs to stop. $IREN will continue to sell out their capacity, receive funding & build their datacenter’s. From a power aspect, they are essentially de-risked due to their grid connections. Chip allocation is basically certain due to their Nvidia Partnership/Investment. IREN is the most vertically integrated from the ground up, so any construction worry should be less of worry from a GC perspective. If IREN has delays then any other company will for sure have. They delivered H1 on time and are still set to deliver the rest of their capacity by year 2026. Meeting the deadline. The H1 network topology changes was an additional separate request from Microsoft ans H1 continues to bill as usual.

$IREN Thought its time for a quick note as its been a while. Mkt is going through a serious rerate. I am a firm believer that 2027 will be the year the mkt finally starts to price this space more 'correctly'. It will move from TCV (backlog) to focussing on actual revenue/margins with a fierce microscope on execution. I think you must be vertically integrated to be a long term winner. LPS (land, power, shell) at a minimum. Being the Wework of AI (coreweave) wont work. (Nvidia to the rescue)

$IREN EC was not a total flop like X is all saying for mine. The one huge miss for me was not giving the 2027 ARR yet dropping the capex. Everyone with half a brain can work it out that's its circa 14B and will only improve given market dynamics. SIGH... Best part of the call for mine was how well financed we are and the mix. Equity dilution is going to be significantly lower than the market is pricing. I'm buying more. See ya at $150-$200 EOY 2027. (remember NBIS trade at circa 5x 2027 ARR) @IREN_Ltd @danroberts0101

I want to put out there I think this call may be one month out. End of April (post Q3 2027 EC) will be it. If people are not connecting the dots yet where this bad boy is going then I can’t help you. SWxNvidia plus the 4 recent hires and Mirantis…. Sub $40 is potentially generational wealth style entry basis a 5yr hold. (No I don’t have any 2031 RSU’s 🤣)
Have waited for a while but if you are a relative value trader now is the time to short $NBIS and long $IREN. We may have got the software layer wrong on the past. But we have the runway no one has in the world and now we have all the layers. I expect $IREN to overtake $NBIS in MC by March 2027

Did $NVDA have a hand in $IREN partnership with the Golden State Warriors? Nobody can prove it. But let me tell you about one man. His name is Mark Stevens. In 1993, a young partner at Sequoia made a bet on a tiny chip company most people had never heard of. It nearly died three times. He stayed. That company was NVIDIA, and Stevens has been on its board, on and off, ever since. Today he's the second largest individual shareholder, with a stake that has been worth around $5 billion. Now here's the part that matters. In 2013, that same man bought a piece of an NBA team. Not a passive check. He sits on the executive board of the Golden State Warriors. So sit with that. One person. On NVIDIA's board. On the Warriors' board. At the exact intersection of the most important chip company on earth and the team that just stitched IREN onto its jersey. Coincidence? Maybe. Boards are big and deals get done by many hands. I can't show you a signed memo. But to understand why it wouldn't be a coincidence, you have to understand the war NVIDIA is actually fighting. Look up the food chain. NVIDIA's biggest customers are also its biggest threats. Microsoft has Maia. Google has the TPU. Amazon has Trainium. Every hyperscaler buying billions in GPUs is, at the same time, racing to build the chip that replaces them. They own the customer. They own the cloud. And they want to swap NVIDIA's silicon out from underneath it. That is an existential problem. If the giants succeed, NVIDIA becomes a commodity supplier to companies actively trying to cut it out. So what does a cornered king do? He builds his own army. NVIDIA needs an alternative storefront. A set of clouds that don't have their own chips, don't want their own chips, and have every incentive to stay all-in on NVIDIA. Clouds that will deploy DSX, push CUDA, and sell to the enterprise and frontier customers NVIDIA wants to keep inside its ecosystem instead of losing to a TPU. Three names fit that mold perfectly. CoreWeave. Nebius. IREN. They are pure NVIDIA plays. No competing silicon. No hidden agenda to replace the GPU layer. Their entire existence is built on NVIDIA hardware running at scale. They don't threaten NVIDIA. They are NVIDIA's leverage against the ones who do. And that changes everything about how they get treated. In a world where GPUs are sold out and HBM is gone through 2026, allocation is the whole game. NVIDIA decides who eats first. And of course it's going to feed the partners who reinforce its position over the customers trying to escape it. Why hand scarce Vera Rubin to a hyperscaler racing to build its own chip, when you can hand it to a loyal neocloud that strengthens your moat? NVIDIA is going to protect these three. Not out of charity. Out of survival. They are the hedge against the day Microsoft and Google flip the switch on their own silicon. So now go back to the jersey. IREN is already an official NVIDIA partner. A flagship DSX campus. A GPU supply relationship with warrants tied to deliveries. Mirantis acquired for orchestration. A deliberate pivot toward the exact enterprise customers NVIDIA wants kept on CUDA. IREN isn't adjacent to NVIDIA. It's woven into it. And the bridge between IREN's brand and the most NVIDIA-aligned arena in the most NVIDIA-dense city on earth happens to be a single billionaire who sits on both boards. Maybe it's a coincidence. Or maybe, in a war for the future of compute, NVIDIA takes very good care of the soldiers fighting on its side. You stop calling that a basketball sponsorship. You start calling it positioning. This is NOT financial advice. Do your own research. I am long $IREN.
🚨🚨 $IREN 🚨🚨 Is there a back story behind $IREN’s record GSW jersey deal beyond just Bay Area branding? 👀 Today the Golden State Warriors announced a multi-year partnership with $IREN, the richest jersey patch sponsorship in North American pro sports history (reportedly ~$40-50M/year, covering NBA, WNBA, G-League + Chase Center signage). Starting 2026-27, the $IREN logo hits every Warriors jersey. The common denominator most people are missing? MARK STEVENS 👀 Mark Stevens is both: • a long time NVIDIA board member - joined 1993, rejoined 2008, early investor who helped shape the company, now 2nd largest individual shareholder, and; • a part-owner AND executive board member of the Golden State Warriors 👀👀 $IREN is already deep in the NVIDIA ecosystem: • Official partner / flagship DSX campus • GPU supply relationship + warrants/options tied to deliveries • Mirantis acquisition for orchestration software (key for enterprise/Neocloud play) • Pivoting part of capacity toward smaller enterprise & frontier customers (exactly the “NVIDIA-preferred Neocloud” model that secures priority GPU allocation amid HBM constraints) This is beyond sports marketing spend. It’s targeted Bay Area AI ecosystem activation (SF tech execs, founders, talent) plus alignment with NVIDIA’s broader strategy to build alternative storefronts that hedge hyperscaler ASIC risk. Mark Stevens sits at the exact intersection of NVIDIA + Warriors. That’s the bridge. The sponsorship puts $IREN’s brand in front of the precise decision-makers while reinforcing the relationship that unlocks further GPU deals, larger allocations, and deeper integration. In a GPU-constrained world, being on the right roster matters. This move signals $IREN is playing the long game to secure it. Bullish on the connection? Or still seeing it as pure marketing spend? $IREN: Financial Model 2.0.0 jiahanliu.github.io/IREN-Com… Summary With more data from IREN's Q1 earnings call on buildout cadence (1), I made significant changes to the 1.2.5 financial model so this will be the first 2.0.0 version. True to the ethos of the original model, the App allows the user to input all relevant variables and expose the App's calculation details in real time so that the user can audit and provide feedback. Charting As a corollary to the guidance on buildout guidance, we are able to implement great suggestions from @StockAnalystPro to chart "share price" vs "year". Additionally, the X and Y Axises can be selected so you can plot for example "share price" vs "MWs active" or "Earnings before Tax, SGA" vs "Market Cap". I only read charts for TA. For FA, I'm always read numbers and never charts so there's probably improvements / suggestions that can be applied to improve the charting. GPU Pricing Improvements Previously I did improvement as a percentage of contract topline. Thanks to @GlobalCollapse for pointing out that's non-intuitive. I removed the odd mechanism completely and provide a flat GPU pricing for different years. For example I have "B300 - 2025 Pricing" which corresponds to both the unit price and hourly rate and "B300 - 2026 Pricing" correspondingly. The default GPU pricing are either direct IREN datapoints or linearly extrapolated as described below. Linear Extrapolation I do mostly linear extrapolation. For example in the case of GPU pricing, IREN always gives GPU pricing included servers, Inter-rack Networking, cabling costs while publicly available figures are per GPU or per rack. To get IREN's all-in pricing for Vera Rubins I calculate = (IREN's All-In GB300 Price in 2025) * (Market Per GPU Vera Rubin in 2026) / (Market Per GPU GB300 in 2025). Dilution $IREN does Convertible Debt for their Datacenter Capex and GPU Backed Debt for their GPUs. Both the datacenter capex and GPU capex are subtracted off revenue before calculating "Earnings before Tax, SG&A". In practice this is equivalent to $IREN using revenue to pay off the convertible debt before it matures. Other Neoclouds like $NBIS also issues convertibles debt since it doesn't immediately count as dilution and can be paid back in cash. CRWV has more corporate debt which has higher interest rate but non-negotiable cash redemption. On top of that I count 10% dilution per year up to 40% in 2029 to account for slippage in buying back convertibles even with the insurance that IREN buys and cost of site works, misc. In 2030+, cashflow should be strong enough so dilution stays at 40%. Stock Price The 2026 ARR supports a stock price of $94.63 while 2027 ARR supports $236.44 even though 2027 having lower PE and more dilution accounted for. This is because IREN has become a priority partnered of Nvidia and will get GPU deliveries that corresponds to their full buildout cadence with buildout guidance of 1210MW by 2027, a big jump from 480MW in 2026. Important to note is that 2027 buildout will start with contracts signed in 2026 so in H2 2026 we may see partial pricing in of 2027 buildout as contracting gives market confidence on the supply side and concrete pricing. Delays IREN's build out cadence is bottleneck by GPU deliveries. Full system test of liquid cooling can only begin once the GPUs arrive so late GPU deliveries means late triaging of liquid cooling bugs. Then stress test networking scripts can only be run for long amounts of time after liquid cooling system is fully validated. As you can see there is only so much theory preparation you can do. In engineering, debugging the real hardware is a process with many sequential locks. Other I'm pretty busy these days so my commentary is incomplete but number savy people like @_Sgr_A_Star, @GyujinAAIG might be able to good commentary on numbers. @_Sgr_A_Star has a great model for very zoomed in tracking of earnings financials that can probably validate or invalidate some elements of my model. I welcome feedback from everyone as that's the point of this open sourced model.

New $IREN Deep Dive Our new $IREN deep dive is finally live! It's honestly the most comprehensive report we have ever released and something I'm firmly convinced will age like fine wine. Even though it goes into great depth, it's written in a way that virtually every investor can understand. I purposefully went light on industry and finance jargon, and whenever I did use technical terms I made sure to explain them properly. This time around I've also unlocked the entire first chapter for free Substack subscribers to read. So if you're on the fence, I encourage you to read the first pages to get a sense of the depth and analytical quality you can expect from the rest of the deep dive. I'm sure every $IREN shareholder, analyst, or investor curious about the company will derive great value from this deep dive. I very much appreciate everyone's patience. This one took a while. Enjoy! ✌️ agrippa.investments/p/irens-…

Great post! A must read if you’re an $IREN follower
There is no larger long-term strategic move than this — NVIDIA joins forces with $IREN to build the flagship AI factory deployment for the DSX architecture The market will continue to repeatedly reinterpret the deeper intent and long-term objectives behind the partnership between NVIDIA and IREN. On May 7, 2026, IREN’s CEO reposted NVIDIA’s official announcement on X regarding the partnership between the two companies: NVIDIA and IREN Limited today announced a strategic partnership to accelerate the deployment of next-generation AI infrastructure. NVIDIA announcement nvidianews.nvidia.com/news/n… At the same time, IREN also released another announcement on its own website: IREN signs a US$3.4 billion AI cloud services agreement with NVIDIA. IREN announcement iren.gcs-web.com/static-file… The two announcements, each emphasizing different aspects of the cooperation, carry extremely significant implications. First, after careful verification, this is the first time NVIDIA has sought external compute leasing. There are three major turning points in industry development embedded in this move. A reversal of roles: NVIDIA becomes a “major external compute customer” for the first time In the past, NVIDIA’s relationship with infrastructure companies was almost always centered around “selling hardware” or “borrowing hyperscaler data centers for DGX Cloud.” But in this US$3.4 billion agreement with IREN, NVIDIA is, for the first time in its history, leasing third-party compute capacity at large scale and on a long-term basis as a customer, for use by its own AI research teams. This kind of “reverse leasing” is unprecedented for NVIDIA in both scale and nature. The selective external exposure of its most core secrets: this point carries the deepest implications For a long time, NVIDIA has insisted on keeping its most critical R&D work — chip design, driver optimization, and large-model training — inside its self-built supercomputers such as Selene and Eos, creating a closed loop of “building the shovels and mining with them itself.” But this time, outsourcing a 60MW research workload to an external data center is highly significant. It signals that compute-chip R&D is beginning to transition toward external collaboration. The first opening of stack management: introducing Mirantis to manage NVIDIA’s internal R&D clusters Previously, NVIDIA’s internal cluster management was handled entirely by its own engineering teams. But under this agreement, NVIDIA is for the first time allowing third-party management, bringing in Mirantis to participate in cluster orchestration and operations. This also signals a transformation in NVIDIA’s latest compute architecture R&D approach — beginning to “strengthen external collaboration” for lower-level operational work such as server cooling, restarts, and Kubernetes configuration. As the ability of individual GPU chips to increase computing performance gradually approaches physical and engineering limits, the next phase of AI compute advancement is shifting from “single-chip performance competition” to “system-level scalability competition.” This is NVIDIA’s direction of transformation. The primary paths for the next stage of AI compute improvement include: GPU clustering, high-speed interconnects, rack-scale computing, and data-center-level coordination. This requires GPU manufacturers (NVIDIA), data center designers/builders/operators (IREN), and supercluster operating systems (Mirantis) to jointly collaborate on development. What they are developing is precisely the NVIDIA DSX architecture referenced in the NVIDIA-IREN partnership announcement. And IREN’s hyperscale SW site in Texas is becoming the flagship deployment location for NVIDIA’s DSX architecture. This is absolutely not a simple narrative of NVIDIA investing in a company and becoming a shareholder. For the world’s leading company that holds the core secrets of AI compute chip R&D, this is not a trivial matter. From NVIDIA’s perspective, there appear to be many potential partners, such as CoreWeave, Nebius, Oracle, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Crusoe, and NVIDIA has already invested in or partnered with these firms before. But why did it choose IREN for this most important transformation? Because IREN possesses too many things that are uniquely its own: Multiple GW-scale single sites with secured long-term power supply Grid interaction capabilities Vertical integration Ultra-long-term site planning and abundant land supply Green energy Acting as its own design-and-build general contractor Long-term accumulation of data center operational experience Advanced design and technical capabilities Compared with the companies above that NVIDIA has already partnered with, even if IREN temporarily lacked software capabilities, NVIDIA was still willing to wait until IREN acquired a software company before announcing this deep cooperation. Moreover, Mirantis has long been one of the three software companies that have collaborated with NVIDIA for many years. It is highly possible that NVIDIA itself played the role of connector behind IREN’s acquisition. NVIDIA is transforming toward system-level compute scaling and building an AI factory template. In the future, the products it sells may no longer simply be GPU chips, but complete racks, clusters, or even entire AI factories. That inevitably requires standardized data centers in order to guarantee performance, compatibility, scalability, and token efficiency. What NVIDIA needs are facilities with massive long-term secured power supply, land, GW-scale campuses, HPC DNA, rapid construction capability, neutrality, automated scheduling capability, workload routing, GPU virtualization, fault recovery, and cluster operating systems capable of distributed training management. At present, IREN is the only company that possesses all of these elements simultaneously. What they are trying to build is the industrial standard for the next phase of the AI industry. The greatest companies do not merely participate in industries — they define the standards. From this perspective, there is no larger strategic theme than this one. Selling compute capacity to hyperscalers, partnering with Anthropic, or developing new sovereign AI businesses are all important, but none compare with this. The deeper meaning of last week’s announcement will require time for the market to fully interpret and understand. I believe I have already analyzed this trend relatively clearly. This move by NVIDIA and IREN, once executed successfully, could once again widen the gap between the NVIDIA ecosystem and Google just as Google had begun catching up — and it carries major implications for the entire AI industry.

IREN's peers: CRWV and NBIS each received roughly $2B in direct cash equity from Nvidia. Immediate capital for fast scaling, but at the cost of upfront dilution. IREN: 5-year, $3.4B GPU compute contract with NVDA for 60 MW at $11.3M/MW. Nvidia also holds 5-year warrants for up to 30 million IREN shares at $70 ($2.1B potential), vesting with GPU deliveries up to ~600k units. The partnership targets IREN rolling out up to 5 GW of AI infrastructure. Aligning IREN’s entire ~5 GW secured power pipeline with NVIDIA’s DSX AI factory reference architecture for next-gen deployments (Blackwell, Vera Rubin, etc.). You see? IREN’s financing is next level. It avoids near-term dilution entirely. It retains its $2.6B cash, stays fully funded for 2026 growth, and secures priority access to next-gen GPUs while NVDA pays as a customer. The warrants could bring in more capital later. This setup favors stronger long-term unit economics, newer fleet mix, and cleaner balance sheet over pure speed. Market reaction looks like short-term optics disregarding the long-term strategic edge. It's analogous to the playbook $IREN used to kick a$$ as a ₿ miner, and the market is likely to catch on more quickly this time. 🚀
$NVDA has only so much GPUs they can actually deliver within the 5 year timeframe that $IREN has agreed upon with them in exchange for the warrants. You should not see this on a price level of the GPUs, but on a priority status in the procurement and deployment. That deployment includes the OEM who assembles and delivers. So IREN is guaranteed of 120K GPUs per year, including the HBM etc, and can focus on building data center infrastructure for this, and the main point: they can start to sell the capacity which they now can pinpoint to a certain period where it will be deployed. They basically solidified their supply chain so they can start to pre-contract and monetize their capacity in advance, aka start to add backlogs/RPO. If IREN would take cash for shares or warrants, they would not get the priority status upgrade on par with their peers. If IREN wants to compete for the best deals in 2027-2031, they need to have chips. Priority is more important than cash at this point.

$IREN I think people are missing the bigger picture a bit here. The NVDA rights only vest as 600k GPUs are actually deployed, so it’s not like IREN just handed away value upfront for nothing. NVIDIA only really benefits if IREN successfully scales. And NVDA isn’t just some passive investor. They influence chip supply, deployment timelines, technical support, customer conversations, ecosystem credibility, and even financing confidence. That alignment can materially impact both the probability and pace of value creation. Also worth thinking about the counterfactual. What is IREN worth without this level of NVIDIA alignment? The AI infra space has other players trying to scale into the ecosystem. Having NVIDIA strategically aligned potentially creates a real competitive advantage around access, execution speed, credibility, and customer acquisition. Keeping 100% ownership of a slower, less certain path isn’t necessarily better than owning slightly less of a platform that scales much faster and more successfully. So the real question isn’t just dilution in isolation, it’s whether partnering closely with NVIDIA meaningfully increases the odds of IREN becoming a top-tier AI infrastructure platform. I think it clearly does. CONGRATS TO TEAM IREN!

There you go.
Got it—thanks for the clarification. You’re referring to **1+ GW data center campuses** (secondary users/consumers) on the grid, matched with renewables—not the power plants themselves. Those are still extremely rare at full operational scale. Most hyperscale sites top out at hundreds of MW today. A handful of 1 GW+ AI campuses are in late planning or early build (e.g., select Texas, Europe, and Middle East projects), but energized examples like IREN’s Sweetwater 1 (1.4 GW substation now live) are genuine milestones, especially in a wind/solar-rich ERCOT grid. You’re right that IREN is pushing the frontier here. Congrats again to the team.
