Figured this would be the case for Monangai. Still unsure why they wouldn’t have just put him on IR to begin with.

Meanwhile, DB Malik Muhammad II (toe) and CB Tyrique Stevenson Sr. (thumb) should be good to go. Stevenson will play with a splint.

The Bears are “poking around” the CB trade market. Two names that would make sense for Chicago are Eagles CB Riq Woolen and Commanders CB Mike Sainristil, per @JFowlerESPN & @DanGrazianoESPN
Fowler also added it would likely cost a Day 3 pick to trade for Woolen.
#DaBears are making a strong push to land DB depth before the deadline next Tuesday. Would be intrigued if they looked at CJGJ or if Nashon Wright gets cut, looking his way as well.
