In January 2025 my momโs lung cancer spread to her brain. The drug with the best chance of helping her was approved in China but not here.
A doctor told me, almost as an aside, that if she were Chinese she could buy it at a pharmacy.
So I flew to Shanghai and came home with 26 boxes in my luggage. That was 19 months ago. My mom is still here, still working, and in her words has had an amazing three years.
The drug was approved in China in 2023. The FDA approved it in July 2025. It still is not for sale here. I know of at least 30 Americans who have made the same trip.
I have been scared to tell this story because I worried it could cost my mom access to the medicine keeping her alive. But the problem matters more than my silence. These drugs need to be developed and available here, and that means FDA reform.
Art Allen at KFF Health News told our story this week. It also ran in The Washington Post.

๐จ $SPX IS ABOUT TO PRINT A MASSIVE DUMP
Since the April low near $6,300, $SPX has been climbing inside a clean ascending channel on the 1D
This pullback tapped the lower rail again, the same zone that caught price in June and July
Here's the plan:
1. Support holds โ bounce off the lower rail
2. Push through the midline โ $8,000 at the upper rail
3. Rejection โ channel breaks
4. Slide to $7,000, weak bounce to $7,150
5. Final leg down โ $6,300 (Q1-Q2 2027)
Support tests make bulls comfortable. The $8,000 print is the trap, not the breakout
Every channel top looks like strength right before it gives it all back
Breadth is thin and a handful of mega-caps carry the index. That's distribution, not accumulation
Don't buy the top. Plan the exit
Turn notifs on so you don't miss my next global market call
Agi --> ASI ...

Cyber risks are already visible. Biology and even nuclear applications could be next.
The window to build serious safeguards is now.

$BTC
Final leg down before a massive pump is just around corner...
Here's my plan: $83K โ $65K-$70K (Bottom Confirm) โ $180K
Buy when fear takes over the market โ sell in 2-3 years at $180K
Turn notifs on so you don't miss the next market call...

๐จ THE BULL TRAP IS FINALLY OVER
Don't fall for this sideways chop right now...
This isn't accumulation, it's prep for a massive $BTC distribution
Price hit resistance, and next week we'll likely see $75k
From here, my plan is simple:
$82K โ $75K โ $72K โ $68K
One last mass flush is still ahead, but climb to $100k+ is inevitable after that
Follow so you don't miss the next major market call...

.@drgoodyear calls patients the force vector of change in cancer care. For too long they've sat in the back seat of their own care.
We wrote this series to put patients back in the driver's seat. Read it, check it against your own research, then share it with someone who will use it.
Few people have converted optimism into cures more concretely than Bob Nelsen.
In biotech, optimism is self-fulfilling: the timelines are longer than the cynics' attention spans, and the people who fund science on 20-year horizons build the future while everyone else comments on it.
Congrats @rtnarch. Well deserved!
I am flattered and optimistic about inclusion in Forbesโ list of American Optimists. (35). The American ideal is driven by the belief that the future will be better than the past, and individuals, not the State, are the drivers of that change. It is self-fulfilling. Only the State can blunt the optimism and slow the progress.

BEN HOROWITZ SAYS AMAZON $AMZN CEO ANDY JASSY TOLD HIM AI SUPPLY IS SOLD OUT BEYOND 2028
"I said, yeah, like we're out of everything till 2028. He's like, oh, it's beyond 2028."
Then he explained why that makes AI nothing like the dot-com bubble
"In the internet bubble, we didn't have enough demand because we had to build the internet. People had to get broadband. Originally they had to get their browser at Fry's. There weren't enough consumers on the internet to absorb all the bandwidth that had gotten built out."
"The lack of demand killed it. We don't really have a lack of demand in AI, so I think the dynamics will be different."
He did flag one risk. "If you get into a pathological debt situation, that can wreck anybody."
He said that's why Andreessen Horowitz isn't invested in any of the neoclouds. "That whole thing scares me, having been through it."

GPT-Rosalind surfaced a new lead for drug discovery: could restoring cholesterol transport protect neurons from degeneration?
DCTN1 is a gene linked to Perry syndrome, a rare neurodegenerative disorder. In mouse-brain data, disrupting it increased expression of genes involved in making cholesterol. GPT-Rosalind suggested a possible explanation: cholesterol may not be reaching where neurons need it.
That gives scientists a specific mechanism to test and, if confirmed, a direction for developing new treatments for neurodegenerative disorders.
With @perturbai_tx and @scrippsresearch, a team of thousands of GPT-Rosalind agents worked in parallel, connecting gene-expression results from millions of mouse brain cells with scientific literature in just 32 minutes. Weโre now expanding this collaboration to identify new drug targets.

Replying to @OpenAI
This is an interesting finding. Would love to see more of the data. Inhibition of cholesterol synthesis has been demonstrated to trigger an injury response in Neurons. Not sure if it would extend deep into degeneration though.

$IBRX (October 22, 2026-Daily Chart)
The bullish red ribbon is tightening in Panel 1. For the uptrend to resume, IBRX must close above $9.30, the lower boundary of the bullish red ribbon.
Current levels:
Key support: Momentum bar at $8.40
Near-term resistance: Momentum bar at $8.77
@DavidDin
$IBRX (October 20, 2026-Daily Chart)
The triple volatility holes combined with the last bearish yellow candle have marked a temporary top.
Momentum bar at $8.44 is acting as near-term support, with near-term resistance at $8.77 and additional resistance at $9.20 (the lower edge of the bullish red ribbon). Failure to reclaim $9.20 increases the probability of a downtrend developing.
