A ‘fraction magic’ primer, the architecture for vote rigging, lest we forget:
Replying to @nighttimemedia @swctrader311
Good instincts.
I’m a little rusty, but…
Fraction Magic and the GEMS lineage
In 2016, @BevHarrisWrites and programmer Bennie Smith documented that the GEMS central tabulator (Global Election Management System) stores vote counts as floating-point doubles rather than integers. This allows fractional weighting of votes or precise redistribution of results across precincts. Standard reports show only whole numbers, so the fractional values are hidden by default. They demonstrated the capability on real databases, including the Alaska 2004 presidential polling results.
GEMS originated with Global Election Systems (Vancouver), was acquired by Diebold (~2002) and became Diebold Election Systems, then Premier Election Solutions. After ES&S acquired Premier in 2009, antitrust requirements led Dominion to acquire the Premier assets (including GEMS IP) in 2010. GEMS-related code continued under both ES&S and Dominion.
Harris obtained Diebold/GEMS files in 2003 from an unprotected FTP site used by the company. She has stated that some source-code comments were in Serbian and that the system had international file-transfer ties.
Serbian developers
Harris has documented Serbian developers working on Dominion systems via LinkedIn and company records. These include nationals based in Serbia and in Dominion’s Toronto office working on ImageCast tabulators, Election Management System testing, and related projects. Dominion has long maintained a Belgrade software-development office and posted openings there. This is separate from the Smartmatic founders (Venezuelan engineers incorporated in Delaware in 2000).
The Serbian connection is with Dominion and the earlier GEMS lineage.
Smartmatic, Sequoia, and later ownership
Smartmatic was incorporated in Delaware in April 2000 by Venezuelan engineers Antonio Mugica, Alfredo José Anzola, and Roger Piñate. It acquired Sequoia Voting Systems in 2005 and divested ownership in 2007 under CFIUS scrutiny related to foreign ownership of U.S. election equipment, while retaining residual IP and some contractual interests. Dominion acquired Sequoia assets in 2010. The companies state they have no current ownership relationship or shared software; residual code questions are difficult to verify independently due to proprietary systems. ES&S and Hart InterCivic are separate firms.
Indictments
In August 2024 the U.S. Department of Justice charged three Smartmatic executives, including co-founder Roger Alejandro Piñate Martinez, with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations and money laundering. The allegations involve more than $1 million in bribes (2015–2018) to a Philippine election official to obtain and retain contracts related to the 2016 Philippine elections. In October 2025 a superseding indictment added Smartmatic’s parent company (SGO Corporation Limited) as a corporate defendant on related FCPA and money-laundering charges. The defendants have pleaded not guilty. These are foreign-bribery charges, not U.S. election-rigging charges.
Company denials of shared code or claims of robust security are not reliable on their face. The combination of proprietary code, foreign-developer involvement documented by Harris, residual IP questions from the Sequoia transactions, and criminal charges against Smartmatic executives and the parent company for election-related corruption abroad is the factual record.
Fraction Magic itself remains a documented design feature of the GEMS tabulator that creates a high-precision mechanism for redistributing results if access is obtained. And yes, includes foreign programming.

Four analyses are pointing at related pieces of the same large Democratic advantage in the 2026 midterms, and together they describe a strange Democratic lead that was already visible in the early vote.
@TruthAnswersAll “15% Band” formula shows the final Senate and governor results fit a simple pattern: Republicans received about 85% of Trump’s 2024 share, while Democrats received Harris’s 2024 share plus 15% of Trump’s. The shift was roughly constant across red and blue states.
@DataRepublican noted that a consistent ~15-point shift toward Democrats was already visible in the early vote once in-person early voting ramped up, and that the final results matched what the early numbers had been showing.
I examined the early-vote registration data. Early ballots were up roughly 16 million from 2022. In states that report party registration, those ballots were about 42.6% Democrat and 31% Republican. A Democratic candidate advantage on the order of 14 million would require roughly 89% of the added early ballots to have gone Democratic — a concentration that does not line up with the reported registration split.
@WallStreetApes compiled the EAVS report figures showing ~20.3 million new valid voter registrations between 2022 and 2024 in 37 states that do not require documentary proof of citizenship. That volume is large enough to matter for the absolute size of the Democratic edge.
The numbers connect through scale and timing. The ~15-point shift measured in the finals and already visible in the early vote is the outcome. My ~89% figure is the concentration among new early ballots that should have been required to produce a margin of that size given the registration composition. Wall Street Apes supplies a large pool of new registrations that could contribute to the absolute number of additional ballots.
Together, the analyses describe a large Democratic advantage that started early and was unusually uniform.

🚔 A Warning from the DOJ to California Officials— Count These Noncitizen Ballots and Face Federal Charges:
“On July 16, the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) made the California Secretary of State aware that there are likely numerous noncitizens registered to vote in the federal election in California. He then asked for her cooperation to ensure the accuracy of these findings and to prevent noncitizen votes from diluting citizen votes.
The legal consequences for either facilitating or ignoring federal crimes are significant. An alien voting in a federal election is a federal crime—and knowingly facilitating such conduct is equally unlawful.
Under 18 U.S.C. § 611(a), aliens are prohibited from voting in any election involving federal offices. This is also a state offense in California. See Cal. Elec. Code § 18560(a).
And under 52 U.S.C. 20511(2)(B), knowingly violating that state statute in a federal election is also a federal offense. Further, under 18 U.S.C. § 2, anyone who aids, abets, counsels, induces, or procures the commission of a federal offense is equally liable.
If persons knowingly tabulate ballots cast by individuals identified by federal agencies as noncitizens, they risk becoming aiders and abettors to a federal crime.
Any assertion that ballots must be counted simply because California’s registration system relies on self-attestation of citizenship does not relieve election officials of their obligations under federal law when they are on actual notice of noncitizen voting. Nor can state procedures supersede federal criminal statutes.”
The midterms may be over, but the fight between California and the DOJ has just started—and it looks like a trap has been sprung.
Judge Carter rejected the DOJ’s lawsuit only because he said if the DOJ actually believes a crime is being committed, then they need to charge these people criminally. First Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli has said that’s exactly what they intend to do. They have already charged about 28 people from the list of roughly 20,000, with more arrests expected soon.
Here’s the catch: all it takes is one conviction to be able to charge election officials for allowing a noncitizen to vote after they were explicitly warned not to in writing with specific names of noncitizens. The DOJ identified specific people by name using federal databases and warned California in writing that if any of those people are found to be voting illegally, the election officials would be arrested too.
Understand, the DOJ already has all the information and data they need even without the voter rolls. This is the federal government we’re talking about, of course they do. They just want California to hand over the voter rolls to make California admit its own wrongdoing for optics, but make no mistake, the federal government knows more about who’s in our State than our State does— it’s the Federal government.
The elections are over, but it appears the arrests and prosecutions are just getting started. I pray this is what is happening because California WILL NOT survive another 4 years under democrat rule.

Every federal judicial vacancy that can be filled in this lame duck should be filled. Lifetime seats don’t wait for the next majority. All-nighters beat empty benches. Advice and consent is a power—use it while you have it.

No election can be honestly or legally certified if the following aren't known:
1. How many qualified voters are on the rolls.
2. How many qualified voters voted.
3. Who, among qualified voters, voted.
The voter rolls in most states cannot answer those questions.
On that basis, no election can be honestly or legally certified. "Certification" is an attestation that the vote count is both legitimate and accurate.
I wrote a peer reviewed article on this subject, published in the Journal of Information Warfare (link in comments). Read it and see for yourself why the midterms can't be legally certified, and why many past elections shouldn't have been certified.
When states refused @HarmeetKDhillon 's request for their rolls, the DOJ should have immediately seized them. No lawsuits, no court involvement, just a reaction to what amounts to a national emergency: elections cannot be certified when the rolls are compromised.

This is extremely suspicious since Democrats somehow materialized 20 million new voters….
It’s almost like they stacked the voter rolls with tens of millions of new voter registrations without ID or proof of citizenship and then used electronic voting machine algorithms to rig the results…..

Speaking as a computer scientist...
Note also that the numbers you referenced aren't all just 64-35, they're all 64.6 + or - 0.2, and 35.4 + or - 0.2. That's even more unlikely.
This is what happens when you don't pay attention in math class. Likely some corrupt programmer put in a random factor that he thought would alter the numbers, without making it look like it altered the numbers. Like (brain-dead example) "If this ballot was for the opponent, and the random number generator is greater than 0.6, then change it.". But he didn't bother to do the math, or he would have realized that if you use whatever that random element is, over enough cases, then the result converges on 64.6 and 35.4.
At least if I was going to vet the program that did this, then that's what I'd most expect to find. This is a typical undergrad mistake. Just because your algorithm has a randomizing element, that doesn't mean that the result isn't going to converge, over a large enough number of trials.
Also note that this kind of manipulation almost always leaves a footprint in the data. Statisticians who specialize in analyzing voting results know what properties honest results should have. Unless the corrupt programmer really knew what he was doing, they'll spot the strange results, and the nature of the strangeness will give them a strong clue as to what the programmer did.
HOLY CR*P 🚨 How is this even possible??
All of California’s major candidate election results are the EXACT SAME percentages for Democrats and Republicans
Governor 64% (D) vs 35% (R)
Lieutenant Governor 64% (D) vs 35% (R)
Secretary of State 64% (D) vs 35% (R)
Controller 64% (D) vs 35% (R)
Treasurer 64% (D) vs 35% (R)
Attorney General 64% (D) vs 35% (R)
Supreme Court Justice: Joshua Groban 72% (D) vs 28% (R)
Supreme Court Justice: Kelli M. Evans 72% (D) vs 28% (R)
These don’t look like real election results, they look like a computer algorithm
Our elections are fake

There’s a revolution happening in the Trump administration right now.
I am shocked about who I am hearing from - senior leaders throughout the government who are ready to take off the shackles and get BIG things done for the American people - which is what @StephenM and @POTUS want.
I can’t stress this enough: some of President Trump and RFK’s strongest campaign promises deal with institutional reform that democrats ran on too - not innately partisan issues.
Don’t let the media talk us down. We can get BIG things done in the next year - and Americans want that.

TEXAS: THE 15% GAP, COUNTY BY COUNTY
The 15% gap held across the Senate map. Here’s Texas, all 254 counties. 97% of counties fell within range: 246 of the 254.
Below the formula: Starr, Zapata, Maverick, Webb, Hidalgo, Cameron, Duval, Jim Hogg. Border counties along the Rio Grande.
What the formula tells us: If a county is below the formula, the proportion of Democrats to Republicans who voted 🗳️ in that specific county was higher than in 2024. If it’s above the formula, the proportion of Republicans to Democrats was higher than in 2024.
Why this matters:
This isn’t a statewide average hiding the normal county-to-county variation underneath. The same 15% shows up in counties with dozens of voters and counties with more than a million. The few that break from it break in predictable directions.
One rule works at the state level and the county level. That’s not what scattered voter decisions usually look like.

Donald Trump KNOWS ‼️ Trump just shared Democrats “cheating algorithm” they used in the midterms!
Democrats cheating algorithm: The 85/15 Algorithm. For every 1000 Trump votes, 150 are algorithmically switched to Dems
It's the same pattern in every state that went blue

Republicans retained 85% of Trump’s 2024 vote share in race after race.
Same multiplier from the reddest states to the bluest.
