A strict standing ab wheel is an elite core standard most people in commercial gyms can't do, she's doing it on gravel in flip flops, almost UNBELIEVABLE!

Ah yes, another influencer pretending a 700-calorie difference turns you into a Greek god overnight.
A successful bodybuilding journey needs enough calories and protein to fuel muscle growth, support recovery, and build a stronger physique.

Imagine putting in 365 days of 'hard work' and still looking like a thumb.
365 days of hard work, visible progress. He's come a long way, but the journey isn't over. The real victory is proving how much you can change when you refuse to quit.

Peanut butter, nuts, whole milk, rice, and calorie-dense meals can help with weight gain. The key is consistently eating more calories than you burn, not relying on one magic food.
妹が出来るだけ早く6キロ太らないと大会に出れなくてどうにか増量したいらしいんだけど マジでこれ食ったら太るみたいなやつない?

This is more effective than endless sets of leg extensions, leg press, and bodyweight squats for building actual quad strength.
Proof of work👇 - tested if the quad is ok with 150kg/330lbs. It passed - top set 160kg/353lbs x3, pretty smooth. Do your squats!

Heavier weight with half reps isn’t stronger, it’s just less work.

Age is no barrier. It’s a limitation you put on your mind.
64 years old, and in better shape than men half his age. some men blame age for their physique.

If you’re under 30 and your lower back hurts from standing up too fast, do not type a single word about 'genetics' under this video.

Man, I can’t even begin to explain how at peace I feel right now. ❤️🏆 I genuinely had one of the best weekends of my life. Got to step on stage for the first time, celebrate with the people I love, enjoy some amazing food, and finally take a moment to appreciate everything I’ve worked so hard for. And now? I’m back to my routine, taking some time to rest, recover, and enjoy life. But I also have to give a special shoutout to the man standing next to me in these pictures. Chris Elkins. Never in a million years would I have imagined that my bodybuilding coach would become my best friend and one of the closest people in my life. He’s seen EVERY version of me. The good, the bad, and everything in between. And through it all, he’s shown me nothing but love, patience, and support. I know I’m not always the easiest person to coach. 😂 But somehow, he makes it look effortless. Chris, thank you for being so much more than a coach. I’m grateful for you every single day. We did it, brother. ❤️🏆 Alhamdulillah. Life is good.

I went to the gym. I did my workout. Waited my turn on a machine. Didn’t talk to anyone. No one talked to me (except the person at the front desk). This happens to me all the time.
