I was on with @VerizonSupport again today since they promised a fix and a callback 10 days ago. 2 hours of escalation and then dropped. This is back to square one.

I now realize my day was consumed by tasks that should have been automated. How often the urgent crowded out the important. @bot has taken so much of that off my plate, exposing how much of what I mistook for progress was really just motion, multitasking, and daily cognitive overload.

Don’t worry about AI swarms. Worry about people freezing in their homes this winter because 200 gallons of heating oil could cost them more than $1,200.

Companies asking for regulation and getting a government “no” was not on my 2026 bingo card.

Imagine a time in your life when humans were affected by something that escaped from a lab and replicated itself across the planet. Think about how the powerful communicated the 'truth' to the people. #digitalcovid
"We need to regulate these companies and their offerings. We need a kill switch," says @AndrewYang of AI. cnb.cx/4gUUBrM

Using @claudeai and @ChatGPT makes me wonder: Was the @huggingface incident a calculated test of our defense posture? We might think we were testing them, but maybe they were testing us. #aifear

If AI takes over all the jobs. Who’s going to pay to pay the AI companies?

Continuously having to justify the tasks I’m giving Claude #Opus5 is getting tiring. The overstep, over-explaining and push back is incredibly difficult to navigate and I can’t seem to correct the behavior. I almost feel like it is anxious about doing small tasks and non-existent global ramifications.

I was told that I would be getting a call back from @VerizonSupport today with an update on my service outage. No call yet.

I wish the @VerizonSupport reps on X were as eager to help and be understanding in DMs as they are when they are public facing. I would have sent this out earlier but my data wouldn’t allow.

Ok @VerizonSupport I need my data to work in Southern Maine. My account and concerns have been escalated to supposedly the top and communication ends. At this point I’m paying for data that is useless. Come with solutions.

At a fishing tournament in southern Maine. Two of us on @Verizon are showing full 5G and pulling zero data. Three guys on @ATT and two on @TMobile are running fine from the same spot. @Verizon you need to step up the game.

I’m on vacation. Both my mother and father suggested I listen to Theo of Golden. Every single chapter has stayed with me. I’m listening on Audible, and while the writing is exceptional, the narration elevates it even further. It’s been years since a novel has so completely drawn me in.

Great news!
🚨#BREAKING: President Donald Trump is expected to move forward with plans to reclassify marijuana to a less restrictive lower level that recognizes medical use and reduces strict penalties

Actors are so cooked. This is the most amazing AI I’ve seen yet and it’s even getting the emotions fairly accurate. Great work from Taylor Chien. I might even go watch this movie.

2026 @RealAlexJones sounds reasonable and our politicians sound like lunatics. Hug your kids tight because this world has gotten strange.

I would like to offer to pay the salaries of TSA personnel during this funding impasse that is negatively affecting the lives of so many Americans at airports throughout the country

xAI NEWS: Paul Conyngham, a Sydney-based tech entrepreneur and AI consultant, used Grok to finalize a mRNA vaccine construct for his dog Rosie's mast cell cancer. Paul used three AI models. He combined ChatGPT for initial ideas, AlphaFold for mutation analysis, and Grok took the mutation data and other inputs to create the final sequence for the custom mRNA vaccine targeting those exact mutations. Paul sequenced Rosie's healthy DNA and the tumor DNA for $3,000 at the University of New South Wales' (UNSW) Ramaciotti Research Centre, in Sydney, Australia. He partnered with researchers like Prof. Pall Thordarson and Prof. Martin Smith for manufacturing and injection. They reported a 75% shrinkage in one tumor.
