🚨 16-year-old girl was SH*T IN THE HEAD at her bus stop after REFUSING TO FIGHT another teen.
Now two Kentucky teenagers are being charged as ADULTS.
Dannady Greene, a Valley High School student in Louisville, was waiting for her school bus near Beech Street and Wyandotte Avenue on August 25 when investigators say Akira Thompson got out of a car and tried to start a fight with her.
Greene refused.
Police say Tayon Hassell then got out of the vehicle, racked a handgun and told Greene she would either fight Thompson or he would shoot her.
When Greene tried to run, multiple rounds were fired.
She was struck in the head and died six days later at UofL Hospital.
Thompson and Hassell were 16 and 17 at the time. Both have now been indicted on charges including complicity to commit m*rder, tampering with physical evidence and possession of a handgun by a minor.
Both are being tried as adults.
Investigators say the teens knew one another and had been involved in a prior altercation in March.
Thompson appeared in court this week and pleaded not guilty. Hassell is scheduled for arraignment next week.

Per sources, the FBI agent was driving alone when he saw 27-year-old OSCAR D. CORRALES shooting at people in the encampment, and the agent stopped and shot CORRALES, killing him.
Fox is told CORRALES was previously caught and released at the southern border by the Biden administration in October 2023, and he has a previous arrest in California in which he was released from custody with an ICE detainer ignored.
