Middlesbrough set piece goals:
🔴 2025/26 - 14 in 46
🔴 2026/27 - 7 in 12
As ever, the improvement is in the detail - specifically blocking and screening, which is so important to set play success.
Could it be the difference that gets the #Boro promoted?

People thinking there’s nothing wrong with the tackle is why Sunday League is basically unplayable in this country.

Been going a while but that first half was up there with anything I’ve seen from us in my life #Boro
Wish Steve Gibson had some ambition, he doesn’t want to get promoted, he keeps all the transfer profit for himself! #Boro
Only one club of the 48 that have played in the Championship over the last decade has made an operating profit per @valuball
Eight have made losses exceeding £200m in that period (2015/16 to 2024/25).
13 years of Man United being crap, and it still feels as good as it ever did

#Boro Twitter is exhausting after literally any dropped points isn’t it? We basically aren’t allowed to not win every game comfortably
Hundreds of people waiting for an excuse to go after Hellberg, or Ayling, or Vitek. It’s always someone’s fault, the opposition aren’t allowed to play well or score good goals
Do these people actually enjoy following us? It seems such a miserable way to consume football
He’s right, I’m convinced that the people disagreeing don’t actually watch the game. Could have easily had 2-3 goals first half
Kim Hellberg believes Middlesbrough had "just as many chances" in the first half as they did in the second against Cardiff City 🗣️

Should have won that, people will blame the changes, but we were pretty unlucky in the first 45, was never a 0-2 half
Still a very good start, expect to see us back to full strength at Bolton on Friday #Boro
Unlucky to be 2-0 down, it’s been pretty even overall
McGree miles off it and has been since the Lincoln game #Boro
