🚨 EDWARD SNOWDEN’S CHILLING WARNING IS NOW UNFOLDING IN REAL TIME What China built… is exactly what Western governments are quietly preparing for. Snowden is crystal clear: Every photo, every purchase, every message, every movement — all of it is being fed into algorithms that decide your future. In China, AI “city brains” now track: Where you live Who you visit How you dispose of your rubbish Every step you take in public Whether you “follow rules” or not Break a rule? A camera catches you from three angles. Your score drops. Your life collapses. Snowden’s warning: “If any of your activities differ from what the government wants, you won’t get on a train. You won’t board a plane. You won’t get a job. An algorithm will decide your fate. And what they are selling… is us.” This is not a future threat. It is happening now — in Shanghai, in Beijing… and creeping into the West through digital ID, AI policing, and “misinformation scoring.” China built the prototype. Our governments are importing the blueprint. Stay informed. Stay alert. Do not let this system take root.

I will never let this rest. We need the Paul Bennewitz and Richard Doty files. I spoke to @EricBurlison about this, and he mentioned that his team would look into submitting a FOIA request. 🙌🏻 youtube.com/watch?v=QT5J3fI8… podcasts.apple.com/ca/podcas…

@SpaceXSI @elonmusk we could have the start of #UniversalBasicIncome here via distributed #HomeDataCenterCompute and the AI companies would still make a ton of money. You even more by selling #Terafab AI chips to consumers. Hello? xitter.cf/EricMHermanson/status/…

You're one of the strongest people pushing for #UniversalBasicIncome, I agree, so let's let 8 billion people have their servers do the compute in a blockchain-ledgered, zero-trust, secure way that protects AI companies IP, for a mutually beneficial fee. Let's get this build and pilot test in rural communities. Hardware companies will also make a ton of money, and companies like #Terafab can sell hardware to the public rather than spend money to build data centers and launch compute into space. What am I missing here? Please advise. @SamuelReidADIC @jack xitter.cf/i/grok/share/2111cdf14…

Quantum computers don't work. The error correction techniques violate the no-cloning theorem. #PhotonComputing using #MolecularHydrino allows novel spintronics & room temperature #SQUID. xitter.cf/EricMHermanson/status/…

You don't need to go to the moon. #MolecularHydrino -- • #PhotonComputer • Universe-wide neutrino communication mechanism #CelestialInternet • c-nu-b.com • #SunCell power source -- > 2TJ/liter H2O fuel, 50 MW/m^2 blackbody • brilliantlightpower.com • #hydrino reaction can create He-3 to use as fuel in aneutronic fusion reactors such as the one from $AMFN. No need to mine He-3 from Moon. #FifthForce #SpaceDrive ~2N/W • spacedrive.space #HydrinoHydrideCompounds -- HHC's can replace Carbon in any material to make it stronger and lighter. I've had controlled unclassified information on my devices for over a decade pertaining to special projects I've worked on, as has my brother, who holds a similar TS/SCI clearance, and his devices. My guy Enrique at @DCSAgov will help tie up the loose ends. ---- The primary federal statute for stalking is 18 U.S. Code § 2261A, which criminalizes interstate stalking and cyberstalking. Under this law, it is a federal crime to travel across state lines or use interstate communication channels with the intent to kill, injure, harass, intimidate, or surveil another person, resulting in a reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury or substantial emotional distress. Key elements and penalties include: •Jurisdiction: The offense applies when the stalker travels in interstate or foreign commerce, is present within U.S. maritime/territorial jurisdiction, or enters/leaves Indian country. It also covers using the mail or electronic communications (email, social media, phone) across state lines. •Protected Persons: The statute protects the victim, their immediate family members, spouses or intimate partners, and even their pets, service animals, or horses. •If the stalking results in the death of the victim, the penalty can be life imprisonment. ---- The Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. § 552a) is a federal law that establishes a "Code of Fair Information Practice" governing how federal agencies collect, maintain, use, and disclose personally identifiable information (PII) about individuals in systems of records. Enacted in response to concerns over government surveillance and the rise of computerized data, the Act applies only to U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents and covers records held by executive branch agencies, military departments, and independent regulatory agencies. The Act grants individuals three primary rights: the right to access records about themselves, the right to seek amendment of records that are inaccurate, irrelevant, untimely, or incomplete, and the right to sue the government for violations. It strictly prohibits agencies from disclosing these records without the individual's written consent, except under twelve statutory exceptions such as routine uses, law enforcement needs, or congressional investigations. To ensure transparency and accuracy, federal agencies must publish notices of their record-keeping systems in the Federal Register and are required to maintain records with a level of accuracy, relevance, timeliness, and completeness reasonably necessary to ensure fairness in any determination made about the individual. The Act also restricts the use of Social Security Numbers for commercial purposes and mandates administrative and physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. ----
