EMPATHY MATTERS “If anyone would like to speak with me, I’ll stay around,” - President Biden said at the end of remarks at the Lahaina Civic Center
And he did, going table by table to meet with every person at the center, listening to their concerns and taking photos with them.
Empathy matters, folks. ♥

What a moment in Maui today. Sen. Schatz tells President Biden, "We in Hawaii have been through hurricanes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, but we have never seen such a robust federal response. Thank you." This is what the media won't tell you about President Biden & it's a shame.

Every Republican saying that Biden is only giving $700 to each household in Hawaii is either lying or they don’t know how to do research.
$700 is for critical need assistance and it’s the maximum FEMA can send without congressional approval. Biden cannot send more legally without going to Congress first.
I don’t see a SINGLE Republican getting on the phone and calling their representatives and demanding that they increase FEMA funding to make this sum larger.
This is also not the only thing they’re doing for Hawaii. The White House has put out an entire fact sheet of things they’ve done from small business assistance, home rebuilding programs, food, water, shelter, transportation, ground support and more.
It’s truly disgusting how Republicans have turned critical need assistance funding into a political point.

Jessica: I think it’s wonderful that there are new boom towns. I also think it would be great if these southern republican-controlled states started paying their fair share and take care of Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Kentucky, because I am sick of taking care of them

Is anyone at all surprised that fist pumper Josh Hawley's wife, Erin Hawley, brought the FAKE 303 Creative case in front of the Supreme Court?
They cloak themselves in Christianity, while they lie, cheat & subvert the rule of law in order to achieve their hateful agendas.
Sick.

Lives off Blue State welfare
Everyone of those states takes more money from the federal government than they give to the federal government
And they have the audacity to sue over a handout helping working people

My predecessor talked a lot about increasing manufacturing.
But in reality, construction of manufacturing facilities on U.S. soil only grew by 2% on his watch in 4 years.
On my watch, it’s grown by nearly 100% in 2 years, and we’ll continue this progress.

Wow. Every time I watch Pete Buttigieg, I am reminded, once again, of what an effective communicator he is. He’s just saw clear, so understandable, so convincing, & so powerful. Pete Buttigieg is truly, hands-down, one of the best we have in the party.

Every dollar spent on food stamps generates $1.50-$1.80 in economic activity.
Each dollar going to low-wage workers adds $1.20 to the economy overall.

It’s about priorities.

Rick Scott denied rumors that he is considering a presidential bid.
“What’s accurate is I’m running for the Senate, I’m not running for president”
Rick Scott is the guy that committed the largest Medicare fraud in United States history and wants to get rid of Social Security.
So in essence, whatever office Rick Scott is running for, vote for the party not out here criming and trying to steal what you’ve earned.

The far left roasted Biden for not getting rail workers sick days in initial negotiations when the national supply chain was on the line.
But long after the far left stopped caring because it was no longer trending, Biden was still working, and in the end he won for workers.
After months of negotiations, the IBEW’s Railroad members at four of the largest U.S. freight carriers finally have what they’ve long sought but that many working people take for granted: paid sick days.
