As the one year mark approaches of my Dad's passing.. I've started to see him in my dreams more and more over the past week or two. He's never said anything, just noticed his presence. He's either been standing in a corner or sitting among a crowd, observing what's going on.

Wouldn’t surprise me one bit if Ejiro Evero replaces Rob Leonard next season if the Raiders’ defense continues to STRUGGLE. Evero was already on the Raiders’ radar during the head coaching search, and if Leonard can’t turn this defense around, I could definitely see Kubiak making that change.
