anthropic is probably the best business in AI right now and i still wouldn’t touch it on day one. the whole thing is set up for suppliers and insiders to sell into the index buying.

$OPEN under Kaz leadership is like Lisa Su becoming CEO at $AMD in 2014. You are having the entry of a century. The world is not ready. Real estate is the biggest TAM. Liquidity is it’s biggest issue.

Worth reading if you are a young man. 18-35 year old men are in trouble. Half of my friends are fully addicted to sports betting, prediction markets, 0dtes. I see people with young kids becoming fully absorbed to gambling. But they can't admit it because they're "not losing that much". As a man, we want to provide, produce, and build a future for our family. But sometimes judgement gets clouded when things aren't working or we're struggling...so we look for "quick" wins. The dopamine of feeling like we're worth something. Or to keep up on social media. Or to feel useful to the world. It's a man's kryptonite. You have to protect every dollar with your life. That $100 of "fun money" is your future daughter's birthday present. Because eventually, when you're trying to "make it all back", that $100 turns into -$10,000...fast. Next thing you know, your son's college tuition is sitting on kalshi's balance sheet. Men. I am asking you to stop the degenerate gambling. Compounding is a wonder you can't even comprehend, but you won't experience it if you keep resetting at zero. Brick by brick, men. DMs are always open.

$IBRX -25% over a FDA action which seems quite common as of late ... dozens of FDA letters are being sent out, across the board, for the same reason: allegedly, misleading ads

Waarvan akte! 🎬

$OPEN Why Opendoor’s pricing AI is inherently transferable beyond real estate. Real estate is the hardest possible asset to price — location, layout, materials, age, micro/macro cycles, liquidity constraints. If an AI system can handle that complexity, it can price almost anything. 1️⃣ Transferable model A pricing engine trained on the most multidimensional asset class naturally generalizes to other categories: used cars, electronics, furniture, collectibles, P2P goods, etc. The underlying task is the same: predict fair value under uncertain conditions. 2️⃣ Pricing-as-infrastructure This turns Opendoor’s AI into a valuation layer — not tied to holding the asset. It becomes an API that supports marketplaces wanting instant, accurate pricing. 3️⃣ Marketplace integrations Flea-market apps, resale platforms, even Amazon sellers could plug into this pricing API. Anyone who wants to sell anything could get a “fair price check” powered by Opendoor’s engine. 4️⃣ No inventory required Opendoor doesn’t need to own every asset class. It only needs to provide the intelligence layer that reduces friction in buying/selling decisions. This is how pricing becomes a network effect business, not an inventory business. In this view, Opendoor isn’t just “real estate tech.” It’s a universal pricing infrastructure — a foundation for every market where humans ask: “What is this worth?” @Opendoor @nejatian @rabois

Exactly as predicted, now that DOGE has scraped all your personal data from government agencies, it is being given to Peter Thiel's Palantir. It was always going to be Peter, who dreamed of dictatorship for decades, patiently built up his "political project" to seize power. 1/

En last but not least.
