As far as i am aware, there are NO transgender / non-binary individuals in charge of corporate agencies in the UK
Does that mean there is discrimination throughout the industry.
Course it does not.
Seems to be a band of people within the property industry who leach off agents and fail time and again and we are suppose to not question it.
All hiding behind the 'Be Kind' mantra.
How about be kind and don't rip off investors or make employees and cleints lives hell?
Full asking price offer on a property. Find out the buyer has 3 other offers on 3 other properties (only looking to buy 1). BUT REALLY likes our one. He cant understand why his offer was rejected.
