I believe this is a faithful project. The projector has a lot of attractions so hopefully the project will be better in the future and will be the best.

PTs, ATs, coaches, and athletes that are overseeing or going through a return to throw program, we offer this alternative.
No more throw counts or using distance to gauge intensity. Instead, an individualized progression based on objective data.

Traditional interval throwing programs have plenty of problems. Let’s talk about solutions.
Our ITP:
-Is based on objective data.
-Uses acute:chronic workload ratios as a framework.
-Can be individualized & adjusted easily.
It’s time to stop guessing.

There’s a big gap right now between different healthcare professionals. Specifically in athletics. Shouldn’t we all try to mend that gap? Different backgrounds, different knowledge, different opinions working together for a common goal only makes us all better!
This is a game changer when it comes to our #ITP @coach_germain As a clinician, I always felt uncomfortable returning an athlete to throw at the same intensity/workload after days of rest from pain. Now I am able to make educated and objective adjustments. millcitythrowing.com/2020/05…

People will invest more when they feel they are being invested in. Let’s your athletes or patients INVEST in their rehab and help YOU understand the goals, not the other way around.
