A quick personal update. Alongside leading @KommercialSolar as Founder and CEO, I am now personally taking charge of our energy infrastructure arm: BASELOAD, our renewable asset management and O&M company, and EVTaper, our EV charging infrastructure business. These two carry where we are headed next, and I want my own hands on them as we build and launch. BASELOAD goes live in January. EVTaper is already in motion. Internally, this means I am stepping directly into the role of Commercial Manager, Energy Infrastructure for these two businesses, owning their growth and their direction myself. Same mission, sharper focus. We are not just putting power on roofs. We are building and running the infrastructure a serious energy future depends on, and these are the businesses that prove it. Most solar in Nigeria is sold, installed, and quietly abandoned. That is the real power problem. Not the panels. Not the batteries. The fact that nobody is accountable for whether the system still works in year three. Behind me is a 30kW high-voltage build, a Deye SUN-30K three-phase hybrid with an HV battery bank, sized to run a large home or a mid-sized commercial building on sun by day and storage by night, with enough headroom to start every motor in the building at once and keep the generator off. Standing behind it is the easy part. Seven years and over a hundred systems taught me the hardware is never the hard part. Keeping it performing for a decade is the job, and it is the part the market keeps skipping. So we do it differently.
