Anyways, here's a great graphic by @intellekhq on how to demonstrate the value of L&D.

One of the most interesting articles I've read was about how the L&D departments can end up in a negative perception spiral-- Org doesn't recognize the value of dept., org culture devalues L&D, when business is slow, L&D is unpopular & expensive & easy to cut.

I think I might have explained it wrong-- if I were taking a CEFR test and practice, I would have previously needed to go to a test prep centre or work with a tutor. Although ChatGPT isn't perfect, I could get an idea of my progress by feeding it writing samples over time.

3. AI can be used to grade materials. Personally, I feel there is A LOT of room for improvement, but it was more-or-less accurate, with a bit of pre-training. Writing samples should always be independently assessed 2x or 3x, so it's a good start. #AILearning

2. AI can be a personal tutor. Here, I asked ChatGPT to quiz me to help practice. #AILearning

AI isn't here for our jobs ;) Here are four ways you can leverage AI today. 1. Personalization: Use ChatGPT to help with needs analysis. Really quick example from my own life learning Spanish. ChatGPT IDed errors, explained them and encouraged me to keep practicing #AILearning

Interesting tweet -- what do you think has the highest ROI? People skills, time management, etc.?
