According to the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs: About 45 million Africans live outside of Africa. Out of 1.4 billion people, that is roughly 3 percent of our population. Around 85 to 90 million Asians live outside of Asia. Asia’s total population is about 4.7 billion. That means roughly 2 percent of Asians live outside their continent. About 9 million citizens of the United States live outside their country out of 335 million people. That is roughly 5 percent of Americans. And around 70 million Europeans born in Europe live outside of Europe out of 450 million. That is about 15 percent of their population. So in raw numbers and in percentage, Americans and Europeans are the biggest migrant populations on this planet. Yet somehow they keep pushing the story as if migration is a problem exported by the global south.

When a leader seeks to extend his term of office beyond stipulated 5 year period, he violates the very constitutional he took an aoth to protect. Chiluba tried it & his own party members rejected his plans. We are fortunate to live in a Zambia where such will never happen !!!

"I recalled another morning when my older cousin, lying on her back singing to herself, quickly pulled a blanket over her head as two soldiers appeared at the window of our mud hut. They forced the door open and ordered her out. She followed them, only to come later, visibly distressed.  Only years later did I understand what that moment might have meant."~Professor Dion Nkomo #Gukurahundi thestandard.co.zw/standard-p…

You come from the PITS OF SHALLOWNESS and no wonder it was quite obvious how you landed that role. Extremely shallow and so uninteresting, just gutters of UNPROFESSIONAL. What has people attacking ZANU PF Leaders on X got to do with Starlink and Service Provision? What low level thinking is this? You want Elon to censor everything that is written against ZANU PF and endorse you to transact? You think Zimbabwe ndeyekumba kwenyu? Clearly you can’t separate service delivery of being a government official and being a YungWomens4ED activist.

The 2030ists will FAIL because the agenda is being fronted by Shallowheads. Without good communicators, the whole thing will turn very ugly in the end. So far they haven’t made a compelling argument for the extension, it’s still a VERY UNPOPULAR thing both inside & outside ZANU PF. @HonJMuswereJnr can’t talk about Freedom of Expression while attacking the Churches for exercising their Freedom of Expression, that’s ridiculous. The Churches said they were opposed to the proposed changes, 2030ists simply need to argue FOR the extension. Put a solid argument WHY it’s important to implement the proposals. The main beneficiary of that extension has publicly said he is not interested in staying in power beyond 2028, that’s what we know & we are guided by that. The Churches are, at this point, in total agreement with the KNOWN position of the President. If Muswere is attacking the Churches for having the same views as the President, then he is actually attacking the President. Most importantly, you can’t say the MPs are REPRESENTING THE PEOPLE on this matter, NOT AT ALL. MPs can’t represent the people’s voice on this matter BECAUSE it was NOT PART OF ZANU PF’s campaign promises. No one voted for an MP based on removing term limits, NONE. The elected representatives were given a mandate based on their Campaign promises & that didn’t include the term limits issue. At this point, 2030ists are selling rotten fish, there are no buyers for this thing. It’s just a few of us publicly speaking against the idea, but there is an overwhelming SILENT MAJORITY against it. Without convincing them to buy into this, the whole thing will explode in a terrible manner and consume a lot of people. There is simply no appetite for an overstaying president, not at this point in time. It’s even made worse by the lacklustre performance of current Ministers, they don’t deserve any extension at all. Muswere wants more time to do what exactly? To write these dumb statements?

How many Zimbabweans have moved to UK over the past year? In the 12 months to June 2024, 36,000 Zimbabweans moved to the UK, according to the UK’s Office for National Stats (up from 32,000 same period in 2023). This places Zimbabweans among the top 5 non-EU nationalities for long-term immigration into the UK. Top 5 nationalities: •Indian (240,000)   •Nigerian (120,000)   •Pakistani (101,000)   •Chinese (78,000)   •Zimbabwean (36,000) 35,000 Zimbabweans entered on work-related visas, and 1,000 for study. In 2021, UK govt estimated 122,000 Zimbabwean-born people were living in Britain, the 22nd largest foreign population

BREAKING: Yet another Palestinian community, A’nizan (South Hebron Hills), is being forcibly transferred from their lands as a result of settler violence. The 4 families/35 residents of A’nizan are packing up their belongings and leaving their lands as we speak.

My advice to young Zimbabwean people from the bottom of my heart speaking from experience is that if you can leave the country, PLEASE LEAVE NOW! Don’t waste your youthful days doing nothing when people of your age are progressing elsewhere. I left Zimbabwe at 23 in 1994 and was able to build the foundation to the life I live today in Britain from my education to my award winning professional career. I would never have done it in Zimbabwe with only ONE TV station owned by the Government and a collapsed economy run by corrupt politicians. I secured visas for all my young family members in the past 20 years so that they could have the same head-start I got in life because I knew that they would grow old with nothing to their name if they stayed in Zimbabwe. Some have now moved from Britain to Australia because they had an opportunity to build their lives in a country where things worked. The politicians in Zimbabwe have no viable plan for you, you either choose propaganda or you choose to build yourself. Zimbabwe is a broken nation with no opportunities for young people except for those of a criminal type or those linked to political elites. I am 52 years old, there are people of my age who have never had a title deed in their name, there are people of my age who have never been on holiday, the same will happen to you if you stick around doing nothing hoping for a miracle to happen. There are many opportunities for young people across the world, start as a carer in Britain and build yourself up. Don’t say that nobody didn’t tell you! Life is one big road with loads of signs, you choose which sign to follow. To those who have left the country, learn something from my journey, DON’T forget those that you left behind. Sending them money to buy bread is a sign of responsibility, but it won’t change their lives, you will end up resenting them because they will become an irritating financial burden to you. Help them get out! I want to end by saying this, politicians earn their living by selling dreams, it is up to you whether you want to live in Lala-Land or you want to do something about your sorry circumstances. Zimbabwe is a mess, it will be a mess for a long time unless a miracle happens or someone fearless emerges to take on the corrupt elites and bring revolutionary change. The current political actors have no ability to change anything or to help you change your lives. LEAVE and if you do, remember those that you left behind. RETWET if you agree with this message so that others can see it too!

His story is a great reminder of how a few rotten women make it difficult for genuine victims of abuse to be heard! We have heard so many cases of people making false accusations about folks they have never met in real life! I applaud Johnny Depp for standing up against LIES!
