FOUR CLAUSES. TWO SIGNATURE FIELDS. The attached SoO document , effective 1 August 2005, deserves public scrutiny. 1. Where was Indian Government and Manipur Government when this was signed? The agreement does not show neither a Manipur Government's signature nor the Indian Government's signature. It also does not clearly identify the security-force representative’s name, rank or authority.
As one who served with Assam Rifles at different locations in #Manipur during peak insurgency period for four years, I am of the opinion that: 1. Signing of SOO Pact with #Kukis in 2008 was a major blunder of the Congress govt that reflects total lack of knowledge of most 1/2

Hey Peeps, Do you remember the tweet that Dolund made congratulating PawPaw on his third consecutive victory in Indian Lok Sabha? Yes, the same one which was retweeted by all the BholuBhakts across all platforms. Do you know who paid for it? You did. I did. We all, citizens of India did. Yup yup......and here is how it happened. In 2025, right after Dolund won his second term in the office, Indian Govt hired two lobbying firms in the US, to further the relationships between India and Dolund's Govt. One firm was paid $75,000 per month and the other was paid $150,000 per month. This is a total of Rs. 2.12 Crores per month and a combined annual contract value of Rs. 35.97 Crores Now this is all okay. Lobbying is perfectly legal in the US and it is not a strange thing for India to hire lobbying firms in the US to influence inter country deals which benefit India. Several past Govts of India, including the MMS Govt have used lobbying agencies in the US. But, what was never done before was to use the lobbying firm paid by Indian Taxpayers money to promote the Prime Minister and a particular Political party. In the US, since lobbying is legal, so is the disclosure of lobbying. The two companies declared their amount received by the Indian Govt and the activities that the amounts were used for. And one of the listings of one of the firms was the tweet of Dolund.... A personal congratulatory message from Dolund to PawPaw. Now the MEA of India has clarified that the actual tweet of Dolund was not sponsored by the lobbyist (the jury is still out on this as this is an interpretation of the activity listed) but the lobbying firm only amplified that tweet. And even if it's just about amplification of the tweet, it still means that the US Lobbying firm which was paid by the Indian Taxpayers money was using our money to promote an individual and not the country. So if you have forgotten to wish PawPaw on his third term don't worry, the Govt of India has already done it, on your behalf, with your money. Disclaimer: I already knew that my money was used for PawPaw's personal campaigns but now I know it's being used in dollars too.....ekdum aisa rich wala feeling aaya hai mere ko 😝😝

BJP Manipur is a total disaster....none of them give a damn about one another, everyone’s just working in their own silos... Forget the Kukis & Nagas, even Meitei MLAs are living in separate worlds...one group couldn’t care less about the other... The only time they’re united is when they’re busy treating their Big Boss like a god...

In all seriousness, the problem with this post is.. "Such Extremely Pertinent Question aren't discussed inside Assembly or Cabinet Meeting instead Elected MLA's, Ministers starts complaining like a Common People"! @NBirenSingh @YKhemchandSingh @imosingh @KonthoujamG @BiswajitThongam
Well done to Churachandpur Police for the successful arrest and seizure of 9.050 kg of opium. However, one serious question remains: How did a Myanmar national cross our international border and enter Manipur with such a huge quantity of illegal drugs? Recently, there have been similar cases involving Myanmar nationals arrested in Churachandpur. We have repeatedly called for strict border monitoring, biometric registration, identification of illegal immigrants and their deportation, but why is there still a lack of seriousness in implementing these measures? Who is checking the vehicles moving in and out through the Molcham route from Churachandpur? Why are such incidents happening so frequently?

People of Manipur(civil leaders collectively) should filed a PIL case to check assets, properties of these Officers including their direct family members match with their earnings. Basically an ED Raid should be initiated on all Officers (current & Ex) who served in Manipur for the past 30-45yrs as the Fake Encounters & Ethnocentric policies have been existing in Manipur.

Everyone from Arunachal is a Chinese agent unless you are the one supporting the Siang Dam project. There is no way one can democratically raise their voice against the govt without being termed as anti national or an other country agent. Welcome to INDIA, the largest democracy in the world.

That's why government of India must be asked whether #MANIPUR is a colony of India or a full fledged State as in the Indian Constitution! Is this the Republic Democratic norm or sign of a military ruled state government in MANIPUR?! @narendramodi @AmitShah @rajnathsingh

"Public litigation must be filed against them for the loss of lives and for fooling the people of Manipur". Just as Nazi military commanders & officials were put on trial for war crimes, crimes against humanity, these Authoritarians at Delhi & Manipur should be put on trail too. I guess this is only possible if international law truly exist in 21st Century.

The Indian Express investigation of 4th November reports that the ECI has reversed almost every SIR-related direction questioned by its own two Election Commissioners. Changes concerning Form 6, hearings, documentation and powers of field officers have followed. Corrections are welcome. But why were the objections not addressed earlier? Who accounts for the hardship caused to voters? Three questions arise: 1.Who initiated these directions, and at what level was their impact examined and approved? 2.What do the files record about objections raised, decisions taken and instructions given for drafting and issuing the orders? 3.If established procedures were followed, why were so many directions subsequently reversed? If they were not, how were the original orders authorised? ECI’s portal says how the officers who form the Secretariat are taken on deputation or appointed by the Commission. Serving IAS and Central Civil Service officers remain subject to the applicable Conduct Rules, even when working in constitutional bodies. Those rules apply to all serving government officers regardless of the place of official duty. Administrative accountability starts with officers who drafted or issued the orders and extends through the entire chain of decision-making to the authority that approved the issue of orders on file. Because directions affecting electoral procedures must ultimately be communicated in writing. The relevant files, approvals, correspondence and issued orders should therefore make it possible to reconstruct how the decisions originated, were modified and finally communicated. If the records are incomplete or unavailable, that too calls for an explanation. The ECI should make the relevant decision records available for scrutiny and if necessary, an appropriate independent inquiry should examine the entire sequence. Such an examination need not be prolonged if the records are properly maintained. The manual of office procedure lays down how files have to be maintained and recepit and dispatch recorded in registers maintained by the personal staff of officers and by the concerned sections. Secretariat procedures are often dismissed as bureaucratic red tape. Recorded decision-making is not red tape. It is an essential safeguard of institutional accountability. The ECI files would show precisely how responsibility was exercised at each level.

Self-style journalists who never visited a place but write about it from an AC room, is NOT helping Govt nor public. Nagas & Meiteis never ask for removal of Indian Army. They ask for Aram Rifles removal, not Army. Educate yourself & STOP misinformation. ❗️Replace AR with RR.
Terror groups in Manipur are forcing common people to join protest aimed at removing Indian Army and Assam Rifles from Manipur. Ditto Kashmir Model. In Kashmir, RR was the villain In Manipur, AR is the villain. 🙂

Assam Rifles should have been kicked out of Manipur by @HMOIndia the day Tehelka exposed the corruption of Assam Rifles headquarter in Manipur 12 years ago (Operation Hilltop; second video). 🔗youtube.com/watch?v=tp5VhdXB… Ever since the mass rally calling for the removal of Assam Rifles from Manipur took place, two open-defecation mascots @IndianSinghh and @KreatelyMedia are unashamedly doing PR for Assam Rifles day in day out. Let us see what Assam Rifles has been doing in Manipur and why Meiteis and Nagas are openly out on the streets calling for their removal. First video: Caught red-handed by Nagas while escorting Kuki militant Aaron Kipgen (spokesperson of SoO group UPF). Second video: Snippet of the Tehelka expose. Third video: A vigilant Meitei's repeated calls for help to Assam Rifles to monitor Kuki militants' movement in Sugnu went to deaf ears. And on 28 May 2023, Meiteis in Sugnu came under attack by Meiteis. Fourth video: 37 Assam Rifles on 02 June 2023 blocked the gates of Sugnu police station for no rhyme or reason. Probably to make Kuki militants flee. Don't miss Manipur police directly yelling to Assam Rifles "Kuki militants se kitna paisa liya".

These 2 reasons makes a lot of sense. 1.Sharing poppy percentage money. 2. Kuki know armies soft points. I reviewed the 2005 SoO agreement thoroughly, and after a lot of analysis, I have come to the conclusion that the essence of the original SoO wasn’t designed with an underlying motive for peace, but it was possibly designed for benefits such as sharing revenues from drug trade, protecting trade secrets etc. between some factions of SF and Kuki Terrorists. Pretending to protect the border and undertaking to not attack each other were attempts to throw wool over the eyes of the people of Manipur. SoO is the ugliest deception and the most cruel crime pulled on the people of #Manipur. #AbrogateSoO Congress and BJP must make SoO Abrogation a top priority area in their manifesto.

My opinion Sir signing SoO is not a problem The problem is who look after them? Who is care taker? Are the central army inspecting SoO cadres honestly? The reason for high headed of kuki are 1.Sharing poppy percentage money. 2. Kuki know armies soft points.

Blaming Congress for SOO is wrong. It’s very much a problem created by IB Directors K.P. Singh (2002-04) and Ajit Doval (2004-05), along with N.N. Vohra and the DG AR, favored exploiting ethnic fault lines .They violated state federal laws to sign the SoO using AFSPA as cover
