📍 MERZ IN PANIC MODE
Blame your own citizens for “not working hard enough” while expanding welfare, housing, and incentives for newcomers - reshaping Europe’s culture and straining public security all while crippling your own energy supply through reckless climate policies.
That’s not leadership. That’s self-sabotage, and then pointing fingers at everyone else.
#WirShaffenDasNichtMehr
German Chancellor Merz:
We are a country of industrial companies — large, medium-sized, and small — and I want us to remain a country with strong industry.
I am not prepared to give up Germany as an industrial location just because we are pursuing an over-rotated environmental policy.
In the end, we may be climate-neutral — that may be so — but then we would no longer have a single industrial job left. That is not my answer.

The quantitative setup says accumulate. The qualitative backdrop says do it slowly.
There’s been a lot of bull posts and a lot of bear posts lately.
Both shouting. Neither really explaining.
Ask a bull why he’s bullish and you’ll usually get some nonsense TA and a triangle on the 4H.
Ask a bear for a proper macro case and you’ll get abuse or “just look at the chart.”
The fundamental difference, and I’ve said this many times before, is time horizon.
Most arguments aren’t about direction. They’re about duration.
I can give you a long list of the bear case. We’ve been tracking it on and off the dashboard for months. It’s not made up. Transmission weakness, Treasury stress, policy chaos, labour revisions, confidence collapse. It’s all in the data.
The reason I do not consider this a bear market, and the reason I’m still structurally bullish, is simple.
Time horizon.
Poor price action for a few months is not the same thing as a multi year bear market.
A real bear market, in my view, is sustained macro tightening, sustained liquidity contraction and no structural response. Months to years of deterioration.
What we’re seeing instead is a system under stress that is actively being adjusted.
Below this post is a response from the AI bot on the dashboard. I asked it one simple question.
Why is price action so poor?
It’s trained on the dashboard, the letters, the charts and even my X posts. It lays out a very coherent bear case. Far more coherent than most bears on here.
My argument is not that the bear case is wrong.
It’s that it’s temporary.
This is not structural collapse. It’s stress inside a system that’s already being tweaked.
eSLR has already hit. The rest follows in April.
Rates have been trending lower for six months.
Clarity around structural Treasury buyers is building.
Transmission is set to improve into March.
These aren’t opinions. They’re mechanics.
Real bear markets require sustained tightening and no policy response.
That’s not what this is.
Fear is sitting at 7, previously 5.
Historically that’s where positioning gets built, not reduced. I struggle to respect anyone who is genuinely fearful when we are at 7. Every great investor you ever talk to will tell you now is the time to accumulate.
Unless you're retail. So, anyone fearful right now I consider retail, or I guess a trader.
The AI bear case is below. Every point pulled directly from the dashboard.
Read it properly. Then decide whether you’re trading weeks or positioning into a structural liquidity cycle.
AI BEAR PRICE ACTION FROM HERE;
The Core Problem: Confidence Collapse, Not Liquidity
The February 11th letter nails this. Liquidity is necessary but not sufficient. What’s missing is confidence and risk appetite.
What Triggered the Weakness
Labor Market Collapse
January jobs report showed plus 130k, beating expectations.
But the BLS revised 2025 job growth down by 911,000 jobs.
The entire year was massively overstated. The labor market was far weaker than the Fed thought.
This shifts the narrative from soft landing to labour deterioration.
Consumer Spending Rolling Over
December retail sales were flat, missing expectations.
The control group used for GDP actually declined.
Consumer spending is weakening across the board.
Policy Chaos Destroying Confidence
Every Trump policy announcement since January 2025 has been tracked.
Pattern is clear. Tariffs hit Bitcoin, not gold.
Jan 30, 25 percent tariff threat. BTC down 1.1 percent, Gold up 1.8 percent.
March 4, tariffs implemented. BTC down 15 percent, Gold up 3.4 percent.
Capital rotates into gold for safety, not Bitcoin.
That damages the digital gold narrative.
The Treasury Liquidity Drain Story
Treasury issued 206 billion in debt over 8 days while only drawing 42 billion from reserves.
Net result was a 164 billion liquidity drain from markets.
Combined with ongoing QT, that created a 189 billion net liquidity drain in one week.
Bitcoin down 11 percent made perfect sense in that context.
Banking System Transmission Breaking Down
Transmission velocity dropped toward negative territory through December and January.
Banks are being forced to hold Treasuries but penalized for lending.
For every 1 dollar of Treasury bills issued, banks only create 0.58 dollars in C and I loans.
System transmission is mechanically failing to convert debt issuance into credit multiplication.
Why This Matters
The positive case still exists.
BTC is 39 percent undervalued versus fair value.
Macro backdrop shows QE probability at 68 percent and rate cuts at 80 percent.
On chain metrics are at extreme fear levels, historically strong accumulation zones.
But timing matters.
Confidence is weak.
Capital is rotating into gold.
Treasury system has been under stress.
Transmission has been breaking down.
This is a be patient phase, not a FOMO phase.
BTC is cheap for a reason.
When policy clarity returns or the Fed cuts, this reverses fast.
But front running it aggressively with leverage is fighting the tape.
The weakness is real. It’s macro deterioration plus policy uncertainty crushing risk appetite.
The quantitative setup says accumulate.
The qualitative backdrop says do it slowly.

Unrealized gains tax for Gen-Z:
You buy a Pokémon card for $50.
Someone offers you $500 for it. You say no. You love that card. You're keeping it.
The government says: "Cool, but that card is worth $500 now. You owe us $100 in taxes."
You: "…I didn't sell it."
Government: "Don't care. Pay up."
You don't have $100 lying around. So you're forced to sell the card you love just to pay a tax on money you never received.
Next month? That card drops back to $50.
Your card is gone. Your money is gone. And the government shrugs.
That's a wealth tax on unrealized gains. They don't pay you back the tax...
Now picture this.
Your mom calls you crying. She has to sell the house she raised you in. Not because she can't afford it. She's lived there 30 years. It's paid off.
But some website says it's worth more now and the government says she owes $15,000 she doesn't have.
So she sells your childhood home. The kitchen where she made you breakfast. The doorframe where she marked your height every birthday.
Gone.
To pay a tax on money that was never real.
Now picture the opposite.
Your dad put everything into his small business. For 20 years he built it from nothing. One year the business is "valued" at $2 million on paper. He owes a massive tax bill. He empties his savings. Sells his truck. Borrows money. Pays it.
Next year the market crashes. His business is worth $200,000.
He lost everything to pay a tax on a number that doesn't exist anymore.
Does the government give him his money back?
No.
Does the government give him his truck back?
No.
Does the government care?
No.
They sold this idea as "taxing billionaires." But billionaires have armies of lawyers, offshore accounts, and trusts. They'll be fine.
You know who won't be fine? Your mom. Your dad. Your neighbor with a small business. The farmer down the road who's had the same land for four generations and now has to sell it because dirt got expensive.
You're not taxing wealth. You're taxing people for owning things.
It's like getting a parking ticket for a car you might drive somewhere someday.
They want you to own nothing and be happy. To fund the fraud, waste and abuse of the welfare state they created.
There is enough money. More tax isn't needed. It's all a lie. But you've been gaslit into believing this is a rich vs poor debate.
I hope you understand what's at stake.

ETHEREUM - Nov 3, 2025 🔵
TLDR: Ethereum is highly correlated with $BTC at the moment, so the base case is more sideways chop for a while. Directional bias is still bearish and valuation has room to move lower, so some further downside wouldn’t be surprising either.
Interestingly, $ETH has (relative to its recent history) remained in a low-volatility environment.
Regime is ranging. Current expectations are that it will continue chopping, taking out both longs and shorts. No signs of anything to the contrary yet.
Trend remains bearish and has been since 9 October.
Business as usual for now.

BITCOIN - Nov 2, 2025 🟠
Business as usual.
TLDR: Directional bias remains bearish for now. Regime is ranging and valuation is neutral.
Trend remains bearish on both trend models, and the market regime is still ranging across the VR and ADX. Chop Index is hanging around neutral values.
Valuation is on the lower end (-0.83z), but there is room to move lower. Remains in neutral territory for now.
Nothing major on the volatility models, and RSI is neutral.
Patience is key, revise your systems and prepare for the eventual next leg up.

Trump just said his meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping was “amazing.”
“A lot of decisions were made.”
Yet despite all that “positivity,” $150M worth of crypto longs just got liquidated.
Does that make sense to you?
Good news, bad news, neutral news — doesn’t matter anymore.
Every occasion is perfect for them to keep proceeding, step by step, with their master plan.
And what’s their game when it comes to the crypto market?
Simple.
Accumulate, accumulate, accumulate — while the average person either gets wrecked using leverage or leaves the market out of pure impatience.
That’s it.
All by design.
Look around.
Every other major market on the planet is rallying to new all-time highs.
Stocks.
Gold.
Everything.
NVIDIA just hit $5 trillion.
Apple just hit $4 trillion.
That’s more than the entire crypto market cap combined.
You really think that’s normal?
That two U.S. companies (nothing against them) are “worth more” than a global phenomenon like crypto?
Please.
It’s all part of the same play.
They keep inflating legacy markets so retail gets distracted, loses hope in crypto and starts believing it was just a bubble.
And what happens next?
They sell their altcoins to smart players at the bottom to then FOMO into overvalued stocks (or gold) at their peak.
The cycle never fails.
And what comes next is obvious, if you’re paying attention.
When equities and gold become “crowded trades,” new capital seeks undervalued or high-beta assets — historically, crypto fits that bill.
So, the picture is clear to me.
A few weeks ago, I said it:
Biggest liquidation event in the history of crypto.
Then sideways chop to drain everyone trying to re-long.
Then one day, out of nowhere — boom.
You know what I mean.
It’s all by design.
If you think about it, “they” wouldn’t go through this much psychological and financial warfare unless something big was waiting on the other side.
My vision hasn’t changed.
I know most people are underwater.
Disappointed.
Mentally exhausted.
But go look at history — most of crypto’s gains always come in a tiny window:
The final part of the cycle, when no one expects it.
Two or three strong monthly candles…
and half the market will be printing new all-time highs.
So, if you still believe in this space, stick around.
I know it’s boring, but don’t leave now.
Shift your focus elsewhere.
Build.
Learn.
Live.
Let the market breathe.
Let it do its thing.
Time will pass anyway.
Then, when the time comes, log back in, take profits, and tap yourself on the shoulder 🥀

Everyone has a plan until they see other people making money differently.
Then they abandon everything that was working to chase what looks better.

This massive liquidation event proves only one thing
There is no better exchange, spot or perp, than Hyperliquid
Every other exchange either had complete backend outages, or zero liquidity and thin order books
There is nothing better than Hyperliquid
Remember this

Honestly this cycle has been pretty easy
All you had to do was long memes, then AI, then RWA, then memes again, then utility, then dog coins, then cat coins, then hippo coins, then 2021 L1s, then $ETH betas, then dino coins, then metaverse coins, then farm $HYPE, and hopefully you were awake when $TRUMP launched so you could full port and sell everything the following day while also avoiding $MELANIA $LIBRA and every subsequent celebrity grift, then long $PUMP at the ICO break out and sell the pico top, then rotate into $AVNT + $ASTER to catch the perp dex meta, then buy $XPL and sell everything as soon as the chart starts looking good, then use those profits to get into the $BSC meta that lasted literally 2 days, and also long $BTC but sell at each ATH because price will nuke as soon as it gets a whiff of price discovery, and better not hold anything for longer than 48h because you will roundtrip the farm, and every time the market sneezes your alts will jump off a cliff, and if you mistime any rotations by even a few hours then you will lose all of your money
Pretty easy tbh
