mRNA vaccines may have some platform risk, and trials were limited prior to COVID.
It appears that catastrophists were wrong, and that should adjust the assessment. Some 2/3 of the population received an mRNA injection.
There are some kinks to be designed out, and it should be used in willing contexts where the risk reward ratio is better (ie cancer treatment).
I don't agree with general moratoriums, they aren't feasible, will be misapplied (I can just picture a lawmaker talking about 'banning mRNA' and some Jon Stewart type acting incredulous), and the technology has definite use cases.
If harm is coming from the mRNA platform itself and not just spike protein, then no mRNA vaccine or therapeutic will be safe. In the meantime, best to avoid unless in a clinical trial. "If mRNA, stay away!" Courtesy Stinchfield the Podcast. @stinchfield1776 @McCulloughFund @MatthewHalma
Since 2023, I have published research in peer reviewed journals on the potential hazards of COVID-19 vaccines, mechanisms of harm and potential therapeutics.
Unfortunately, I am in a legal dispute with the Independent Medical Alliance (@Honest_Medicine) in DC Superior Court concerning research works.

IMA continues to list me as their director of scientific research imahealth.org/experts/matthe… which I object to and is not accurate.
COVID infection vs mRNA vaccination: what does each do to your arteries' ability to dilate? 🧵
Flow-mediated dilation (FMD) is an ultrasound test of endothelial function. In a 35-study meta-analysis, each +1% FMD ≈ 12% lower CV event risk.

Why would creatine help long COVID?
Long COVID disrupts mitochondrial energy production. Creatine, as phosphocreatine, is an immediate energy reserve — it rapidly regenerates ATP during periods of high energy demand.
In a system where mitochondrial ATP production is already impaired, phosphocreatine buffering becomes critically important.

The people protecting the Epstein Pedo’s are now blaming a 12 YEAR OLD GIRL for being Raped by her stepfather & abused by her mother who sided with the rapist.
What exactly do they think they’re doing her?
They just accidentally revealed who they really are- psychopaths hungry for power:

The GOP chose to lose Ohio. I can’t imagine any candidate, except Vivek, having so few scruples that they pay the woman who facilitated her daughter’s continual rape, to be the face of a campaign ad.
BOMBSHELL:
Ohio Democratic gubernatorial candidate Amy Acton’s own mother urges voters not to vote for her daughter.
“My name is Donna Arthur and I’m Amy Acton’s mother. I worked at Children and Family Service Association, building one of the first two sexual abuse programs in America.
I love my daughter, but when I saw her lying about her opponent—and it’s not easy for a mother to say this—but Amy has a serious problem.
She is a liar. She lies about her past. She says she grew up living in a tent. None of that is true. She’s lied her entire life.
My daughter needs help, and she can’t help you if she needs help herself. People can change, but first they have to tell the truth, and my daughter still isn’t doing that.
Don’t vote for people who lie. Don’t let her become your governor. If you think she’ll make your life better, you’re fooling yourself. It will only get worse.”
That’s one hell of an October surprise.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Acton’s stepfather abused her from age 9 to 12 and was criminally charged, and the family lived in a tent in winter. Her brother confirms they were removed from their mother’s custody. Acton’s stayed married to the stepfather until he died.

Flabbergasted that Vivek Ramaswamy, down in the polls and almost certain to lose a state Trump won by +11 points, thought he could clutch victory from the jaws of defeat by getting his opponent’s estranged mother, who stayed with the man who raped her when she was twelve, to badmouth her as a liar in campaign ads just before the election. This is Ramaswamy’s ace in the hole, his Hail Mary.
Ramaswamy has no sense for decorum, no theory of mind for the average voter, and it is this total lack of grace and sensitivity that led him to thoughtlessly excoriate American workers as sluggish and replaceable two Christmases ago, thinking it would play well with the base.
Other politicians might have contempt for their constituents, but they know not to broadcast this fact, to keep it somewhat under wraps. Ramaswamy still has no idea why he is losing.
One protein, many shapes, and each technique sees a different slice.
What if you saw them side by side?
Introducing Conformome: a new resource gathering experimental evidence on protein conformations from many techniques, mapped onto shared states.
conformome.org/
Current pilot numbers:
• 83 molecules (81 proteins, 1 RNA, 1 DNA)
• 17,549 evidence entries
• 20 techniques
• 9 sources
• 71 draft-curated states
Sources include RCSB PDB, BMRB, AlphaFold DB, SMASH-BIO (force spectroscopy), DisProt, MDDB, SASBDB and others.
Why it matters: roughly 85% of human proteins are estimated to be “undruggable” by classic small molecules.
Many lack deep pockets, act through flat protein–protein interfaces, or are highly dynamic or disordered.
Conformations can open that space. Other states can expose cryptic pockets, allosteric sites or interfaces one static structure hides.
Check it out at conformome.org/ — better maps of conformational states can expand the set of targets we can meaningfully pursue in drug discovery.
