You shouldn't get taxed out of a house you already bought just because Florida home values took off. Amendment 3 takes the non-school homestead exemption to $150,000 in 2027 and $250,000 in 2028, then adjusts it for inflation.

🚨 JUST IN: Bob Rommel says Florida local governments have raised spending 9% a year for a decade while inflation averaged about 3 to 3.5%, citing an AFPI study done before Amendment 3
He argues local governments spent the new money instead of rolling back property tax rates, and that the economy is recovering from Biden-era inflation.

Amendment 3 raises the homestead exemption to $150K in 2027 and $250K in 2028, and cuts the non-homestead cap from 10% to 5%. Local governments still set their rates, in public. Make them justify every dollar. Vote YES on 3.
