We talk am. The devil is a liar. Let them try any rubbish and see the response of Nigerians. Bola @officialABAT wants to create another June 12 cos he sees no pathway to winning the 2027 Election. El-Rufai @elrufai gave them a data-driven worst-case scenario prediction that if the election goes to a rerun, Bola won’t be in the contest. It’s between Atiku and Obi.
PRESS STATEMENT FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE LIFU JUDGMENT: APC WANTS TO SET NIGERIA ON FIRE — Says Sokoto Rally Has Sent Ruling Party Into Panic The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has described today’s judgment by Justice Peter Lifu of the Federal High Court, Abuja, purporting to sack the Senator David Mark-led leadership and invalidate the candidacy of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar as another desperate attempt to cripple the opposition and deny Nigerians the right to choose their leaders in the forthcoming general elections. In a statement signed by its National Publicity Secretary, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, the party said the timing of the judgment, barely 24 hours after the massive turnout at the ADC presidential campaign rally in Sokoto, exposes what it considers the growing desperation of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). “We have reasons to believe that the judgment had long been written on this case. The Sokoto rally was simply a trigger that stampeded its delivery. Yesterday, Nigerians came out in their hundreds of thousands to demonstrate their support for the ADC and our promise of making life affordable for them. Today, they are being told that the party that they support and the candidates that they have supported at all levels could be erased by the stroke of a reckless judicial pen.” The ADC questioned whether those behind the flawed judgment had considered its far-reaching implications for the country, warning that the attempt to invalidate the party’s leadership could affect thousands of candidates contesting elections at the local, state and federal levels. “Do these people understand what they are playing with? This is not about Atiku Abubakar or David Mark. It is about the democratic rights of Nigerians to freely choose their own leaders. It is about the rights of thousands of candidates to participate in a democratic process.” The ADC maintained that the judgment is legally indefensible and would be challenged through every available judicial process. “Our objection is particularly anchored on the subsisting judgment of Justice Musa Liman of the same Federal High Court, delivered on 2 July 2026 in Suit No. FHC/ABJ/CS/1637/2025, which affirmed the legitimacy of the David Mark-led NWC and directed INEC to recognise the leadership. It is a settled principle of Nigerian jurisprudence that a court of coordinate jurisdiction cannot sit on appeal over, review, vary or nullify the subsisting judgment of another court of equal jurisdiction. “The ADC, therefore, rejects any consequential orders founded on a determination that appears to disregard these fundamental legal principles. However, we await the Certified True Copy (CTC) of the said judgment to ascertain its precise terms, scope and operative orders. “We have seen this script before. When they are scared that the opposition is gathering steam, they use their judges in the courts to influence legally indefensible judgments. But the millions of Nigerians that are hungry and waiting for them at the ballot box see right through them and will not sit down in silence while our democracy is taken away by the courts.” The ADC, therefore, warned the APC against pursuing what it described as a dangerous attempt to eliminate political competition through judicial controversies. “We warn the APC: do not play with fires you cannot control. The peace and stability of Nigeria are bigger than the ambition of any president or political party. Nobody should be so desperate to retain power that they are prepared to put the entire country at risk. This is not the time to play silly games with the stability of this country. “Nigeria belongs to Nigerians, not to the APC. The presidency is not an inheritance. If the President thinks he has performed well in office, why is he afraid of competition? If the APC thinks that its policies and candidates are popular, why don’t they subject themselves to free and fair elections?”

With an angry @Republicans caucus in control of Congress until January 2027 and emboldened congressional @TheDemocrats preparing to investigate President Bola Tinubu's mining MOU, the Nigerian Presidency (@officialABAT) picked the wrong time to pull off its latest alleged attempt to rig the upcoming Nigerian presidential election. Apparently scared by yesterday's turnout in support of former Nigerian Vice President @atiku Abubakar, who happens to be President Tinubu's main political opponent, Tinubu's officials reportedly met last night, and the result of that meeting is allegedly this highly suspicious court ruling. We are gathering more information and will be engaging with senior members of the @realDonaldTrump administration, as well as Republicans and Democrats in Congress. The alleged actions of President Tinubu risk pushing Nigeria closer to political unrest, with dire consequences for U.S. interests and regional stability. COURT NULLIFIES ATIKU'S EMERGENCY AS ADC PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE, SACKS DAVID MARK, AREGBESOLA’S LEADERSHIP. The Federal High Court Abuja division has nullified all the processes of the African Democratic Congress ADC leading to the emergence of Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar as the party's candidate for the 2027 election. Justice Peter Odo Lifu in a verdict equally nullified the emergence of the Former Senate President, David Mark, Rauf Aregbesola and others as national officers of ADC. All candidates nominated for the 2027 general elections also have their nominations cancelled on account of emerging from illegal and unlawful leadership of ADC. Justice Lifu upheld the case of Nafiu Bala Gombe, a Deputy National Chairman of ADC that David Mark and Rauf Aregbesola emerged leaders of the party in an unlawful and illegal ways. The Court declared all actions taken by David Mark leadership in the name of ADC as unlawful and thereby nullified them.

Nigerian President Bola Tinubu's (@officialABAT) agents and officials are truly the gift that keeps on giving. The Nigerian Presidency is openly celebrating a court ruling that reportedly indicates they arranged to eliminate current Nigerian President Tinubu's main rival in the upcoming Nigerian presidential election. We are going to be presenting the @X post of @fkeyamo, President Tinubu's Minister of Aviation, whose government portfolio has nothing to do with elections or electoral integrity, openly celebrating what a senior congressional staffer described as an "open display of election interference by the Nigerian government," to members of the @realDonaldTrump administration and Congress. We have a prediction for current Nigerian President Tinubu: In a few months, you are going to look at this court ruling and @fkeyamo's post as the defining moment when the rope the United States has been giving you to figuratively hang yourself finally became the instrument of your own political downfall @JDVance @SusieWiles47 @WhiteHouse @SecRubio @HouseForeignGOP @HouseForeign @SenateForeign @SFRCdems @SenTedCruz @RepBrianMast @HouseGOP @SenateGOP @HouseDemocrats @SenateDems @StateDept @DeputySecState @AsstSecStateAF

PRESS RELEASE APC'S DESPERATE ATTEMPT TO CONSTRICT DEMOCRATIC SPACE AND MUZZLE OPPOSITION MUST STOP - NDC The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) is sad to note that the desperate attempt to constrict the democratic space and muzzle the opposition is on the increase. The NDC has not just been a target of violent attacks by agents of the ruling and ruinous APC, it has become a soft target of discrimination by hoteliers and the hospitality industry in Abuja. On two occasions, Rockview Hotel in Abuja after agreeing to the use of their facilities for our meetings without genuine excuse cancelled the grant in the last minute of negotiation. The first time it happened was when at the last minute they rejected our request to hold our 2nd NEC meeting in June, 2026. Only recently, they refused our utilization of their facilities for a meeting saying it was order from above. Similarly, the BON Hotel, Wuse, Abuja bluntly refused our usage of their facilities for a meeting despite meeting all conditions placed on our path. Also, the recent unveiling of our National Campaign Council (NCC) did not happen without drama from the hospitality industry in Abuja. At the last minute, our host called the party to refund the payment made, saying they were no longer interested in making their facilities available, perhaps based on threats and orders from above. However, our refusal to bulge inevitably compelled them to allow us the usage of the facility we have paid for. This is not democracy. The APC should allow all parties to campaign without let or hindrance, and give Nigerians the opportunity to make their choice on who governs them. In addition, we implore all well meaning Nigerians and lovers of democracy to call out Rockview and BON Hotel for their anti-people and anti-democratic actions. Nigerians deserve better, and NDC is prepared to serve with passion and patriotism. A New Nigeria is POssible! We can do it. Signed: Osa Director Esq For Inquiries: @DirectorOsa National Publicity Secretary Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC)

Do not Undermine Democracy I have received with shock the news of an order by the Federal High Court in Abuja nullifying the emergence of the Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and all the actions he has taken. This is unsettling and surprising. I do not challenge the ruling of the court. The court of law is constituted to determine disputes according to the law. My concern is that three months before a general election, it is in the public interest to have certainty. It is not good to have too many uncertainties about candidates and parties a few weeks before a presidential election. This instability is obviously engineered by the ruling party, just as they have done against me in the Labour Party and continue to do so to close down civic space for a robust campaign. It is also from the same rulebook that manufactures violence against us in our campaigns. One mark of democracy is that at all times, it is voters and not courts that choose leaders. I trust in the judiciary. As a public officer, I have shown deep respect for the judiciary. I appeal that we protect the integrity of democracy by not undermining the free and fair choice of candidates. The sustenance of democracy in Nigeria, in the midst of encroaching military rule in West Africa, should strengthen our resolve to protect opposition politics and not stamp out opposition parties. It is because of the importance of opposition to the sustenance of democracy that I have always promised that, as President, I will take a special interest in ensuring opposition parties are stable and thriving, and that opposition candidates are not persecuted out of electoral contests. This is a time to strengthen our democracy by allowing the opposition to thrive. A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

The court cases against political parties, at this point the @ADCNig, are part of Tinubu's strategic plans to confuse and dissuade Nigerians seeking to run against him. For some, his strategy is to use the courts, where his henchman, Nyesom Wike, pulls the strings. Against those he cannot stop in court, he will deploy violence in some cases, using both methods. Only revolutionary resistance can confront these wicked strategies. Unfortunately, Tinubu @officialabat does not believe in democracy. He (TINUBU) is a crooked political operative, but none of these desperate tactics can save him. Instead, they will eventually become the catalysts for the revolution that Tinubu himself will provoke, whether he likes it or not. #RevolutionNow

THE PANIC IS REAL — ATIKU. The Presidential Candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Atiku Abubakar, has condemned Thursday’s court judgment purporting to remove Senator David Mark’s leadership of the party, describing it as a calculated attempt to weaken the ADC and frustrate his candidacy. In a statement issued by Phrank Shaibu, Director of Strategic Communication of the ADC Presidential Campaign Council, Atiku said the timing of the judgment was telling. It came barely a day after a mammoth crowd turned out in Sokoto to welcome him and attend the launch of the ADC campaign. “The people of Sokoto came out in their thousands because they are hungry for change and believe in our promise to make life affordable again. What we witnessed in Sokoto is only the beginning. The people of Kebbi will have their say, and so will Nigerians across the country as our campaign moves forward. “My roots are in Northern Nigeria, but my candidacy belongs to all Nigerians. There is a difference between being from the North and being a candidate only for the North. Hunger and hardship do not respect regional boundaries. Nigerians across the country are suffering under this government, and they deserve a leader with a credible plan to make life affordable again. “The timing of this judgment is no coincidence. It is part of a strategy to weaken my support in the North and frustrate a campaign whose message is resonating across the country. But the ruling party’s greatest miscalculation is to assume that my support ends in the North. What we saw in Sokoto, what we will see in Kebbi and across the country, is the strength of a national movement.” Atiku said the judgment also raises serious legal concerns. “Justice Musa Liman of the same Federal High Court had already dismissed the challenge to the David Mark-led leadership in Suit No. FHC/ABJ/CS/1637/2025. The court upheld the defendants’ objections on jurisdiction, standing and the failure to exhaust internal party remedies, and resolved the substantive issues in their favour. Why, after that judgment, was another case filed to reopen the same dispute? This is a calculated attempt to circumvent a subsisting judgment. We will challenge this judicial manoeuvre at the Court of Appeal.” Atiku urged ADC supporters to remain calm and law-abiding and not to let the judgment weaken the momentum generated in Sokoto. The campaign train is already in Kebbi and will continue across the country. “Our journey to rescue Nigeria from the hardship imposed by the APC government is a long one. Our Affordable Life campaign will continue because Nigerians deserve relief from this crushing cost-of-living crisis. We urge our supporters to remain resolute, take our message from house to house and door to door, and stay peaceful and focused. There is no shaking.” Signed: Phrank Shaibu Director of Strategic Communication ADC Presidential Campaign Council Birnin Kebbi 5th November 2026

Breaking News:: Security men are said to have fired teargas into the building where Alhaji @atiku Abubakar and his entourage are presently camped in Kebbi state. Also, it is alleged that the Governor has mandated all traditional rulers in the state to go on 3-day vacation so Atiku doesn’t visit any of them. APC is not ready for this democracy.

Tinubu is currently playing with fire by manipulating the judiciary through his rogue judges and Wike. If he does not exercise caution and reverse course, he may soon find the country increasingly ungovernable, starting from the North. He should allow the elections to be conducted freely, fairly, peacefully, and without interference. He must read the room and understand the growing frustration across the country before the situation spirals out of control and Nigeria descends into chaos.
