Multiple sclerosis grief is real. It's okay if you go through the five stages of grief again and again on repeat - denial, bargaining, anger, depression, and acceptance. You've lost your health, and it's normal to be devastated by that.

Big, bold promises are easy in opposition, not so easy to deliver - Farage is finding this out now. £90 billion of tax cuts have just gone up in smoke - that’s a massive number and shows how massively out of touch with reality - Reform actually are.

We’re serious about public health. Prevention is better than cure.
Today @GwynneMP and I are announcing public health grant allocations to invest in the health of the nation.
Alongside @AngelaRayner, we’re backing local councils to make a real difference to local communities.
📣 Funding for public health grants will ⬆️to £3.858 Bn - a 5.4% cash uplift on last year’s funding.
We are pleased the Govt has increased the PH grant, acting on our concerns over the funding pressures PH teams have been under to maintain vital services

When we desperately need a fragile truce to hold, Trump’s ramblings on Gaza risk having the effect of a bull in a china shop.
The UK needs to make clear that these proposals must be rejected, and that we support international law and a two state solution based on 1967 borders.

UK exports £356 billion to the EU
UK exports £182 billion to the US

UK imports £111 billion from the US
The EU is a much bigger trading partner for the UK than the US
Brexit, taking us outside the EU Single Market costs the UK over £100 billion a year
The fastest way to grow the economy is for the UK to be back in the EU Single Market
Why isn't Labour putting what's better for our country ahead of their ideological red lines?

PM Keir Starmer pictured attending a EU leaders meeting in Brussels, where members discussed defence strategy with NATO leader Mark Rutt.
It was the first time since Brexit that a UK PM attended such meeting.

Here’s what Trump does:
1. Creates a crisis that hurts a lot of people
2. Frames the crisis as a good thing
3. The crisis gets really bad
4. Trump then reverses his bad decision and takes credit for ending the crisis he created
5. MAGA eats it up
Every. Single. Time.

What Trump actually did…
1. Temporarily caused a stock market crash
2. Forced Canada to spend billions on a problem that doesn’t really exist
3. Permanently damaged the U.S relationship with Canada
4. Radicalized millions of Canadians against the U.S and Trump

My heart goes out to the family and loved ones of the boy, the staff and students at the school and the entire community of Sheffield.
ALT It is horrific and senseless news that a boy has died after a stabbing in Sheffield. I am deeply grateful to the first responders, the police officers and the medical staff who are offering support and reassurance. My heart goes out to the family and loved ones of the boy, the staff and students at the school and the entire community of Sheffield. They are grieving the needless loss of a young life, and the nation mourns with them. Our schools should be places of safety and learning, not violence and fear. My government is absolutely committed to tackling knife crime so young people are safe on our streets and in our schools. Tonight a young boy should be returning to the love and safety of his family. We stand and work together against the devastating consequences of knife crime, so no more families know this tragic loss. Keir Starmer Prime Minister of the United Kingdom
