Settled in today. Over two years to the next Olympics, which after this past year feels cruel. I’ll miss waking up to the rings and theme. Now the same channel is international war focused, opposite of Olympics, Ugh.
Another great race weekend. Happy to have the fitness to finish first or second in my last three races. The #BostonMarathon #MondayMotivation is flowing strong. Looking forward to that start line with y’all. #runchat #runner #marathon #training #peacocktrackclub

Back racing @wtrl_racing @gozwift ZRL with these punks last night. Oooof! Always hurts but does lead to some great gains and toughness later in the season. #cycling #zwift #zrl #triathlon #training #swimbikerun

It’s #SantaPawsDay - the day all our dogs get to pick their Christmas gift! Sadly, we couldn’t fit them all in, but we hope the pure joy of the ones we did makes you smile!
To all our supporters and everyone who sent a gift, thank you! We hope you have a very Merry Christmas! 💛
Super happy to complete another year of @GoZwiftTri Triathlon Academy. The tight workout schedule after Boston earned me a few easier weeks until the 2022 build! #swimbikerun #triathlete – at Colorado Springs, CO

Why doesn’t it bother enough people that we need “even 5 and 10 dollar” donations to feed kids, or bring an arts bus to underprivileged communities, when we have billionaires taking money out of circulation and hiding it while taking private space flights? How did we get here? – at Colorado Springs, CO
