Depending on General Buhari to make you President is again the godfatherism in politics that our nation has been fighting against, because it undermines democracy, promotes oligarchy, and runs against the idea of one man, one vote.
Power belongs only to God, and in our country, is given to man through the votes of the Nigerian people, via a Presidential primary and a Presidential election.
Admitting that you refused to campaign because of an unverifiable promise by a former President, who is now late, actually demonstrates an anti-democratic attitude.
In effect, what you are saying is that you do not feel the need to persuade 235 million Nigerians, because you have persuaded only one Nigerian, albeit a very influential citizen, to support you. That is a dangerous entitlement mentality that reeks of elitism.
Denigrating President Bola Tinubu for politicking and campaigning, while you were soliciting and scheming, proves that you need tutelage in the elementary and rudimentary principles of a multiparty democracy.
General Muhammadu Buhari, of blessed memory, is no longer with us. For two whole years of this administration headed by His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, General Buhari was alive. I am not sure it is the most courageous thing to do to make an allegation now that he is dead and cannot speak for himself, which you did not make while he was alive.
Finally, may I remind all Nigerians that while some claim General Buhari anointed them secretly, we all remember that President Buhari openly endorsed Asiwaju Tinubu and declared him a "very competent hand"!

Lagos State APC Governorship candidate, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, has recently presented his manifesto tagged “The Lagos PROMISE” to Lagosians.
Tomorrow is another day for KOH to explain the mechanics of his vision to the teeming Lagos masses via a public debate with his opponents.

This Friday, I received a delegation from the Islamic Development Bank (@isdb_group), led by Mr. Imtiaz Alam, to discuss the proposed $110 million SMART Project, which is expected to support efforts to improve education in Jigawa State and two other participating states.
The project will provide for the construction of new schools, rehabilitation of existing ones, and improved access to water and sanitation facilities. It will also support teacher training and capacity building.
Improving education has remained a major priority of our administration. We have recruited more than 10,000 teachers at the basic education level, intensified efforts to bring out-of-school children back to school, and introduced homegrown programmes such as JILAL and JigawaCOMPETE to improve learning outcomes. We have also continued to engage communities, particularly mothers, because of the important role they play in keeping children in school.
These efforts are making a difference, but we recognize that much more needs to be done. Working with development partners such as the IsDB will help us build on the progress already made and extend the benefits of our education programs to more children and schools.
I appreciate the delegation for visiting Jigawa and taking time to understand our priorities. We look forward to continued engagement with the IsDB, the Federal Ministry of Finance, and the Federal Ministry of Education as preparations for the project progress.
Every child in Jigawa should have the opportunity to attend school, receive a good education, and fulfil their potential.

Atiku and Obi are the same ideologically. They both dont like challenges. They change parties routinely once they notice challenges. After leaving their first political parties, one came from APC to rejoin PDP, the other came from APGA to join PDP. And PDP gave both of them Presidential and Vice Presidential tickets, after they lost, they both decamped from PDP to different parties today running separately for same office. They both said they would remove fuel subsidy and unify currency but seeing the initial but temporary challenges that accompanied the reforms, they both changed their minds the way they change political parties. Unstable in Character, lacking in principle but desperate in personal selfish ambitions.
What a shame!
