A THIRD of the private asylum accommodation providers earning millions in State contracts are tied to offshore tax havens, the Irish Mail on Sunday can reveal.
Twelve of the 37 top-earning companies, which were paid almost a combined €250m
last year, are sending profits overseas; while another three in the same top group, paid €60m, were ultimately UK-based.
