Replying to @DSAsurveillance
Itโ€™s a bad joke, I just saw the movie called โ€œYou Can See Everythingโ€ so in other words, I saw everything.

Voted against releasing the Epstein files btw
Protecting kids should be part of doing business for online platforms.ย  ย โ€จย โ€จIโ€™m championing the Kids Online Safety Act because parents deserve more than excuses from companies who put children at risk. They deserve accountability.

This is so funny to me because nobody would have known about it if they hadn't gone after the kid and made it world news

JUST IN: UK police arrest 15 y/o boy, seize his devices, & collect his DNA after he posted photo of a local politician edited to look like a rabbit.

Why do you guys have a "speech regulator"
UK speech regulator Ofcom wants the power to block websites in the UK before it has finished investigating them. Its chief executive compared this to putting a prisoner on remand. The website is the prisoner, and nobody has proved it did anything. The regulator also wants a lower bar for court orders that cut sites off from payment providers, ad networks, search engines and ISPs. It wants โ€œproactive technologyโ€ to detect illegal content too. That category includes foreign interference, which UK law says can be committed by presenting information misleadingly even when all of it is true. Ofcom admits it canโ€™t collect most of the fines it hands to companies abroad. Its answer is more power. Then MPs got to VPNs. The committee chair worried teenagers would dodge the under-16 social media ban. Dawes said there isnโ€™t much anyone can do โ€œshort of taking action against VPNsโ€ and called that a decision for the government. reclaimthenet.org/uk-ofcom-cโ€ฆ
