🚀🇸🇮 Wirtschaftsdelegation aus der Raumfahrtbranche ist zu Gast in Berlin!
Der erste Tag stand im Zeichen des Austauschs mit 🇩🇪 Partnern, darunter der #BDLI und @DLR_de.
🌍 Bei der Veranstaltung „Slovenia and Germany: Shaping the Future of Space Tech“, die @SLOinGER gemeinsam mit @tuevnord im Rahmen der @BerlinSciWeek organisierte, begrüßten Botschafterin Dr. @AnaPPetric, @PorterBerlin @tuevnord und Tanja Permozer (Slowenisches Raumfahrtbüro) die Gäste.
Es folgten Präsentationen 🇸🇮 Unternehmen und eine Podiumsdiskussion über die Zukunft der Raumfahrttechnologie. Der Tag klang mit neuen Kontakten und der Stärkung geschäftlicher Beziehungen aus. 🤝
Auch in der @SLOinGER durften wir die Delegation herzlich willkommen heißen und ihr einen weiterhin erfolgreichen Aufenthalt wünschen!

Sledile so predstavitve 🇸🇮 podjetij in panelna razprava o prihodnosti vesoljskih tehnologij. Dan se je zaključil ob novih poznanstvih in krepitvi poslovnih vezi. 🤝
Delegacijo smo z veseljem pozdravili tudi na @sloinger in ji zaželeli uspešno nadaljevanje obiska!

The stated position of the Trump administration is that the President of Russia is a humanitarian and that the President of Ukraine should be removed from office.
The American electorate have a chance to make their feelings about this known in less than two weeks.
U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff praised Russian President Vladimir Putin as "a humanitarian" following the release of U.S. citizen Stephen Hubbard on Wednesday. During a meeting in St. Petersburg, Witkoff thanked Putin for freeing the American — whom the U.S. government had declared wrongfully detained — and lauded the Russian autocrat, who ordered the ongoing full-scale invasion of Ukraine almost five years ago.
Witkoff was in Russia as Trump administration and Russian officials were set to have talks focused on the Ukraine war.

457 UK armed forces personnel died during the war in Afghanistan. Beyond those and US fatalities, a further 703 individuals from 30 nations were killed. Hegseth owes each of their families an apology.

I was a captain in Afghanistan, and we would go to the headquarters in Kabul, and there would be 50 flags at the headquarters.
It was a beautiful thing to see 50 different countries contributing to the NATO alliance and the ISAF mission there.
Except there were like maybe five that contributed. It was actually closer to one or two that, by the end, were actually involved in kinetic operations.
In fact, the ISAF patch, we would joke that it meant "I Saw Americans Fighting."
