Ganeshkhind Road = 3.2 kms 3 metro stations at every kilometres makes 500 metres on Both sides into a metro influence zone with 5 FSI 500 Mtrs X 3200 Mtrs = 16,00,000 square metres on one side 16,00,000 X 2 = 32,00,000 square metres on both sides. 32 lakh square metres X 10 sq ft = 3.2 crore sq ft. That’s 32 million square feet.. That’s the FSI game being perpetuated on Ganeshkhind road by @SidShirole and his party the @BJP4India with their new UDCPR & development model called unlimited FSI by the chamcha in chief of the Chaiwalla Shri Bimal Patel of @CEPTUniversity1 who advocates unlimited FSI by stacking people over each other and later traffic over each other. This is the daylight robbery going on.., GK road today already has a population of 32552 people as per Geo IQ. Consider that with this increased FSI, even at 500 sq ft per person it would mean 64000 people living and commuting on this narrow stretch which can barely accommodate 8500 cars. Never mind the traffic passing through the place. 2X is doable in a few years. Big FSI = Big Money for @Dev_Fadnavis and his bunch of thugs from various sena’s and paksha’s. How these folks on Ganeshkhind road will get water or their sewage treated or their garbage collected in their pigeonholes is not our worry… eh @SVYadwadkar ? Today., Ganeshkhind road is the most polluted road in pune despite having biospheres like pune university agriculture college and vetal tekdi in the neighbourhood. AQLI 200 to 300 plus for over 200 days of the year. It’s like smoking 20/30 cigarettes a day. @rgadgi How precisely are the traffic problems going to get resolved. @thelordgowande By felling more trees ? What when there are no trees left ? They’ll build more flyovers ? More chandni chowk type fiascos eh Shri @nitin_gadkari ? Why don’t you spend a few thousand crores on restoring the green cover of 2.19 million hectares you destroyed to build highways ? - cos you can’t help but admit that trees which are hundreds of years old can’t be bought off the shelf… Kisko Ch👀tiya bana rahe hai ye log… @jbaphna ?
